General Fabreeka® bushing information:
- Minimum wall thickness of 3/32" is recommended
- Fabreeka® bushing ID is the same as the bolt OD, and the bushing OD is the same as the hole it will fit into.
- To facilitate inserting Fabreeka® bushings, they can be lubricated with a soap solution.
- In general, tolerances on rubber impregnated bushings need not be controlled to the same closeness as required for metal fits, since Fabreeka® is a compressible/flexible material.
- In general production, the tolerance on bushing dimensions is ±1/32". If closer tolerance is required, please contact Fabreeka's® Engineering Department.
Fabreeka® washers are used under the steel washers of the hold-down bolts of Fabreeka® mountings to absorb the rebound shocks and afford complete isolation by eliminating the transmission of vibration through the bolts and steel washers. It also aids in preventing the bolts from becoming loose.

ETP Bushings are the Ideal Locking Device for all Shaft-To-Hub Connections.
ETP Bushings feature a double-walled sleeve, pressure ring and tightening screws. They slide onto a shaft easily, and securely lock most shaft-mounted motion control components in position.
When the bushing screws are tightened the inner and outer walls of the bushing expand, forming a continuous, tight connection on shaft and hub.

Lay-In Strain Relief Bushing

Assembly friendly! Independent of insertion into the panel, Lay-In Strain Reliefs self-lock onto the cable. Thus, they may be preassembled offline for final assembly at a later time or remote location, for lower installed cost!
Designed to be installed in split panel mounting hole or dropped into a slot (see schematic).
Unique wire locking ratchet allows for generous wire range from .250" (6,4mm) to .600" (15,2mm).
Protects against forces of pull, push, or twist.

Strain relief, type ZL
The strain relief plate ZL may be used wherever cables, cords, wires or conduits must be relieved or routed in a way that is secure, easy and cost-effective. The insertion of the ELB bush stops the cold extrusion characteristic of plastic from affecting the secure fixing of the plate. The DH spacer sleeve is needed for two-tier mounting.
Strain relief, type ZL-AH
The strain relief plate ZL-AH is based on the strain relief plate ZL. Inserting the aluminium bush enables a standard M5 screw to be used for fastening.

- Bülte Plastics is extending its range of polyamide (nylon) bushings with reinforced collar for its six M5, M6, M8, M10, M12 and M16 models.
- The reinforced collar (1 mm to 6 mm depending on the reference) is now available on all of our 5 to 50 mm long bushings (in 1 mm increments). Bülte Plastics now carries a wider selection of over 1,000 sizes to cover all of your bushing needs.
- Specially designed to provide even better holding power, these flanged rings can be used to protect assemblies from damage. Made of polyamide, a plastic with excellent mechanical properties (wear resistance, low friction coefficient, high melting point and good impact resistance), they are the ideal noise-free solution for rotating and pivoting parts and effectively protect surfaces. Lightweight, clean and with insulating properties, Bülte Plastics' polyamide bushings also lend themselves to food and medical applications.

New Bihler bushing machine RM 40B
Highest productivity, precision and process security in bush manufacturing
Perfectly designed for the manufacture of cylindrical, straight bushes and flanged bushes, the RM 40B can produce these types of bushes without problems from 6 to 18 mm inner diameter and up to a maximum of 40 mm in long (max. strip dimensions 1.5 mm x 40 mm). The machine speed is infinitely adjustable and varies subject to the type of bush. If the speed, for flanged bushes (collared bushes), is at 250 1/min, it climbs to 400 1/min for cylindrical, straight bushes.
Bihler offers the RM 40B as cost-effective complete package. Consisting of compact basic machine, standard accessories (mechanical gripper feed, strip straightener, 70 kN 12 mm stroke two-point eccentric press, two 30 kN normal slide units with 25 mm stroke, 30 kN central mandrel with 50 mm stroke, 60 kN transverse press with 35 mm stroke, rotary table drive, user and personnel protection), tool components (basich tooling, two sets of tool fixtures) and the new user-friendly Bihler VariControl VC1-E the customer obtains added-value which pays off immediately.
Besides its high degree of productivity and process security the Bihler bushing machine stands out for shortest tool changeover times (less than 10 min.). This is possible due to its simple rapid-change tooling system to be handled via switch and the second set of tool fixtures that can be pre-equipped for another bush type.
