The HP2000 hydra-pneumatic impact riveter is more controllable and adaptable than any impact riveting machine on the market today. Available with up to a 24 inch throat, the HP2000 can autofeed and quickly set solid rivets up to 7/16 inch diameter.

Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Orbital Riveter
Orbitform’s Model P-1500 with Watchdawg© Process Monitoring / Process control provides over 19 tons of pressure with visual status and precise adjustment.
Capacity of over 1.5” (38.10 mm) diameter in mild steel or an equivalent area in tubing, square or other forming material. The Model P-1500 has a maximum downward force of 38,500 lbs. (19 tons) at 1000 psi hydraulic.
Tool stroke is adjustable from .06” (1.52 mm) to 3” (76.20 mm) in .001” (.03 mm) increments. Standard throat depth is 9.75” (247.6 mm). Vertical saddle height adjustment is 12” (304.8 mm). Built into the OSHA compliant unit are safety industrial controls for each hand.
