RPC-G
Fastems RPC-G is a modular robot cell designed for loading and unloading workpieces to CNC machines, especially lathes. The RPC-G cell consists of a single transferable unit that enables fast installation and, if necessary, easy relocation of the system. Both new and existing machines can be automated with a minimum of effort. The gantry concept provides good accessibility to the machine tool in manual mode-, as well as easy implementation of diverse material feed designs that can be geared to the workpieces, quantities, and physical size.

The Drake robot load system for grinders features an adjustable infeed conveyor and grippers designed by Drake for maximum flexibility. Our proven and easy-to-use Waterjet Cutting System JETMax is for daily purposes. These machines are easy to operate and are delivered with all options and accessories you need for cutting with water or with abrasives - at a great price! WING JET
The boost to innovation is the keystone to our activity. All our machining centers are constructed with the aim of increasing our Customers' productivity. With this purpose in mind we designed and constructed our new WJ model WING JET cutting center.
This compact cutting center has been designed to reduce overall dimensions and enables piece loading/unloading on the three sides. Besides, as both high pressure pump and electrical cabinet are integrated with the machine, no hydraulic / pneumatic/ electrical feeding is left on the floor.
The cantilever structure is managed by rectified slideways with ball-recirculation pads, while movement transmission is achieved by ball-recirculation screws. All mechanical parts are protected by stainless steel covers with multiple labyrinths and by water and abrasive-proof bellows.

The Jet Edge Mid Rail Gantry waterjet system produces complex parts out of virtually any material. Designed to easily accommodate overhead loading, the Mid Rail Gantry waterjet table is available in multiple sizes. It comes standard with one abrasivejet cutting head. A second abrasive waterjet cutting head can be added to increase productivity. Jet Edge Mid Rail Gantry waterjets are powered by Jet Edge waterjet intensifier pumps.
The Mid Rail Gantry's sturdy heavy-wall tubular steel beams eliminate vibration and increase system longevity. Critical X and Y bearing components are protected with heavy metal covers with brush seals. The system's catcher tank is isolated from the motion system so energy from the cutting stream does not disrupt the mechanics of the motion system. The catcher tank features heavy gauge C channel reinforced steel side walls (stainless steel optional), replaceable steel slats (stainless steel optional), clean out couplings on both ends, an adjustable overflow to drain, and multiple C channel floor supports. The slat surface can be leveled or is adjustable.

High speed spindles are adjustable step-less from 3’000 to 18'000 RPM and powered from 3,5 to 10 kW. The HARO grinding spindles with double output shaft are greased for life and water cooled. Their magnetic and dynamic balancing is so accurate that surface quality of Ra 0.03 µ can be reached. Their compact volume increases the possibilities of the grinder as well as its capabilities, makes settings easier and provides a better visibility.
The NC control is based on Siemens technology (SINUMERIK 840 Di)and will take advantage of our experience based grinding software.

The Haro Starline PLUS is the very latest development of Haro Technologies for the grinding of complex tools. The machine has been designed early 2007 and announced and demonstrated at the EMO exhibition in September 2007.
The Haro Starline Plus, a 6 axis machine, is build up on the same proven technology (same machine bed, same slide connection, structure and kinematic) as the Haro Starline 550. The 5ft and 6th axes are positioning slides built on a so-called ROTARY axis and allow any suitable angular position of the tool facing the grinding spindle. A Siemens CNC SINUMERIK 810 D is controlling the axis interpolation.
Power at grinding wheel may vary from 3,8 to 20 KW. The Starline PLUS can therefore be used for both sharpening and/or producing tools.

The Haro Baseline is a conventional, all-purpose, entry level NC grinding machine.
This product range provides a NC-automated version of the manual Baseline machine. Haro Baseline N are 4 axis machines that can be customized to meet specific client requirements (large number of options, additional features as dressing station available).

Skipper 100 is a flexible boring center that uses an innovative panel handling system. The tools are fixed, allowing the panels to move on an air floatation table in an easy and fast way. In this way panels with different dimensions con be machined without interruption, the machine can work the panel from above and below at the same time and can produce two identical or mirrored panels per cycle with no difficulty. The Skipper 100 can also machine porous materials since the pieces are blocked with grippers directly managed by the numerical control.
