The soldering robotic cell RC500 designed and produced by mta automation ag is controlled by an industrial PC, allowing the automation of selective point-to-point soldering operations. This cell enables micro-soldering tasks to be carried out rapidly with the optimum quality and repeatability.
The 3 or 4 axes can be fully programmed, as are the soldering parameters for each soldered point.
In order to avoid production interruptions during loading or unloading the components to be soldered, a version with a two or four position rotary table is available.
Thanks to its modular concept, this cell can be easily integrated into existing lines or pallet conveyors can be integrated into the cell.

| The Bug-gy Fillet Welder is designed for making continuous or intermittent stitch welds on fillet, lap or butt joints. It is a lightweight portable carriage that uses powerful magnets and guide wheels to clamp and track on the work piece. |
|
The All Position Overlay System is designed for pulp digesters, boiler tube walls or any vessel or surface that requires overlay repair. The system will travel at a regulated, precise travel speed producing consistent uniform overlay patterns. A welding current sensor monitors and controls the torch arc length on pitted or irregular surfaces. The system can be customized for job specific applications on circumferences or flat walls and can be configured to handle a variety of operating windows. The whole system is portable and can be broken down into small pieces for moving through small manholes or openings.

Our new TA-Series robots meet customers interest especially for welding applications. The work envelopes reach from 1068 mm (TA-1000) to 1895 mm (TA-1900). All robots are available in G2 and WG version.
WG version includes an integrated welding power source with all data processing for Robot, Power source and Wire Feeder via one CPU. This allows outstanding results in welding as well as new features like intergrated Weld Data Management.
The G2 version robots are the same as the WG- robots, but without intergrated welding power source. For excellent welding results we recommend the use of Panasonic full digital welding power sources. |

• Can eliminate scrap due to weld deterioration
• Reduces equipment damage and wear
• Keeps force within preset limits
• Gives early warning of equipment deterioration
• Continuous robot operation via go/no go signals
DESCRIPTION - KR1000:
Stand alone analogue output force sensor. Supplied for direct plug and play replacement to commonly existing units.
The target pads remain spatially the same. Robot reprogramming for test position is not required.
The monitor is preset to Zero on no load but can be simply adjusted by the user if required.
The innovative design of the KR1000 force head makes it far less susceptible to errors induced by electrodes not being perpendicular to the target pads.
Exacting construction standards guarantee this instrument is of greater accuracy than other monitors of this kind.
Multiple testing during construction further assist in achieving the superiority that we have set out to achieve.
When coupled to its onboard electronics package the sensor is preset for zero load & calibrated
to a known (NPL) standard.
The KR1000 is robust, durable, reliable, and accurate. KR1000’s have been installed on Car Manufacturing lines since 2005 and have been in constant use without failures. |

The Wire Booster assists the wire feeding between the pail pack and the wire-feeding unit of a robot welding system or a manual power source. The driving rollers of the Wire Booster are separated from the running motor through a magnetic clutch. The wire is fed by the magnetic clutch, as soon as the main drive of the robot employs force on the wire. Through this functional principle the Wire Booster does not necessarily have to be connected or synchronised with the main drive.Wire feeding problems can now be solved fast and without any unnecessary installation.

IntelliFlow IV is an integral water saver with flow monitoring and leak detection capabilities for use in Automotive Robotic Welding applications.
The IntelliFlow detects flow TO and FROM the robot cell. The unit also has a second monitoring process so that external redundant flow sensors
can be eliminated and a water temperature sensor. IntelliFlow has been a successful product which is easy to use while providing the benefits of a
product which can reliably detect ‘cap off’ and low flow conditions on automotive welding robots. A single IntelliFlow has been able to successfully monitor as many as 20 welding guns and has been well received by customers. These sensors have a redundant circuit that can monitor the actual water flow even when IntelliFlow is in bypass. During normal operation the supply and return flow rates should be the same and the FLOW OK message should be displayed. A micro processor constantly compares the supply and return flow rates and reports a fault if these flow rates are not equal (or within the user programmed tolerance). Additionally, the user can program a low flow rate value to create a fault when insufficient water flow is detected. A precision sensor monitors water temperature and displays it in real time. A fault signal will be sent if water temperature becomes over your desired threshold. IntelliFlow is DeviceNet capable as an option. |

| The very different requirements created by the various welding techniques mean that specific products have to be specially developed. The industrial fabrics we use have specific coatings that leave the cover flexible but resist spatter and welding projections. Their para-aramid base has excellent mechanical resistance. Whatever the technique you use: arc welding, spot welding, laser welding... ASP has the perfect cover specially adapted to your exact situation. |
