Since YASKAWA Electric released the first all-electric industrial robot in Japan in 1977, the MOTOMAN, we have continued to lead the international industrial robot industry.
A wide range of industrial robots has been released since, especially in our core field of welding robots, but also for handling, assembly, painting and cleanroom applications. Today, they are hard at work around the world.
We were one of the first robotics companies to work on semiconductor manufacturing technology, and the development of mechatronic equipment led to the clean/vacuum robot and wafer handling devices. We will continue to develop technology to answer the requirements of shrinking IC geometry and growing wafer size

The Robot -ROMEO® - HSG1 is a four-axis industrial robot robustly built for continuous operation which was conceived for the main activities of palletizing, depalletizing and sorting. The four movement axis are described as "Column turn", "Gripper arm up/down", "Bend gripper arm", "Turn gripper". The drive operates in all axis through transistor controlled, low-inertia AC servo-motors with integrated brakes and resolvers.
Main advantages:
- Room-saving slim construction
- High operating speed
- Simple programming on and off-line
Mechanical controls found in the machines that transport the finished product to the predetermined destination equipped with identification, checking, and sorting.
These machines are availabile according to the needs of the product.
A palletising system for productions of up to 600 bags/hour, with special emphasis on their small size and high level of versatility with regards to bags that are difficult to palletise.
For special tasks which demand a large operation room Möllers uses bent-arm robots of a proven design, which distinguish themselves by high operating speed and corresponding palletizing capacities.
