DIMECO roll feeder range results from a combination of 5 mechanical models and 3 numerical control packages. They fulfil your needs for strips from 0,1mm to 10 mm thickness and up to 2000mm wide.
Cutting edge roll performances are reached thanks to an optimized inertia to reach up to 1000 rpm and 150m/mn. Rolls are hardened, chromed and sand blasted for a better grip.
The use of a comprehensive electronic package (sensors, motors, controls) provided by the same supplier selected among worldwide leading O.E.M. provides outstanding positioning accuracy and reliability (+/- 0,05mm).
You can select the HMI that most fits your needs: simple but efficient with ECODRIVE, sophisticated with SIMOSTAR370, which offers access to the entire operating and maintenance data on a 12” colour touch screen.
With PFS and ADA functions, feeding line machines speeds and accelerations are synchronized according to press rate, feeding angle and pitch. Material strains are therefore avoided, loop length may be reduced and machine lifetime is increased.
Built-in electronic cams and active safety device controls are programmed directly from the feeder terminal.

This system is made up of two roller conveyors. The rollers are covered with an elastic PVC sleeve. One conveyor receives the sheet while the other evacuates the finished material. The silent traction of the rollers is by means of a traction-belt.
The first conveyor has a pneumatic stop and is equipped with a lifting system which positions the sheet on its longest side. Gravity centres the sheet on its short side. The arms of the lifting system have built-in rollers which position the product to be withdrawn by a robot.

Roll feeder for high precision in feeding and high speed strokes.
A-WVS roll feeder series
have been developed to achieve high precision in feeding and high speed strokes. This garanted by large dimension of feeding rolls, which are pivoted in bearings without clearance. Drive force is supplied from AC-Motor, which provides the drive for upper and lower feeding rolls through pre tensioned gears mechanism
All gears are hardened and surface grinded.
The upper feeding roll can be lifted with support of pneumatic or hydraulic drive. This attachment can be used for to intermediate lifting as well.
The feeding length are freely adjustable. Different stepping modes can be choosen.
The roll feeder sytem is because of high feeding power and solid design prefered to be equipped with roll straighteners. Band cleaning and lubricate units can be added as well.

This roll feeder are used on new presses or as optimization of normal presses in use to increase the productivity.
