Wheel bolting rig is a working machine to be used for mounting extension bolts 1,6 m or 1,8 m at the headings of methane-free mines that mine non-ferrous metals ores and/or mineral raw materials.
The rig is adapted to supply the working system from two alternative sources i.e. pneumatic pumps driven from combustion engine of the rig or from mine’s electrical network 500V (hydraulic set driven by electrical engine with the power of 37 kW).
Bolting rig is equipped with a cabin that ensures protection for the operator seating there; the protection against collapse during vertical stroke with the energy of 60 kJ.
Good stability and relevant power transmission system enables the use of the said machine to exploit deposits at headings with the longitudinal grade of (in the traffic direction) to 15° and at headings with across grades to 5°.

Gemini Bolter
# DESCRIPTION
The Gemini is a Top Hammer, long hole, drill for production drilling and cable bolting scissor platform. It is mounted on a mobile center articulated carrier.
# PERFORMANCE
The Gemini is used for:
· Production drilling 1 5/8 in. (41 mm) to 3 in. (76 mm) diameter holes to a depth greater than 78 ft. (23.77 m).
· Cable bolting with precut multi-strand cables installed through a remote operated cable pusher.
