Rotary Tables SERIES RTH
Key Features:
· direct drive rotary stage
· Center aperture
· High torque motors
· Axial and radial air bearings
· Unlimited rotation
· Low profile
RTH Series direct drive rotary stage provide superior angular positioning and are designed to eliminate backlash, friction and wear problems associated with worm, gear and belt drives.
It combine axial brushless RotoLinear motoring modules and planar air bearings in a compact, direct drive configuration.
Large area air bearings provide sufficient payload stiffness and maximizes performance in respect to wobble and run-out. Radially distributed RotoLinear motoring modules provide high positioning stiffness during rotary indexing and when installed on moving XY tables.
These tables provide unlimited rotation capability and are compatible with standard micro-stepping drives and indexers. Can also be equipped with IntelLiCoder feedback and driven as a commutated brushless motor.
RTH rotary stage feature center bore (aperture) for user to install cabling, vacuum lines or fixtures.
Can also be supplied with recirculating mechanical ball bearings.

Motion Index Drives series of Rotary Index Tables encompasses a large range of sizes. Our Rotary Index Tables convert a uniform input motion into a intermittent output motion. The intermittent output motion is transmitted through our induction-hardened, precision-machined barrel cam.
Our design and construction results in a positive fit and zero backlash positioning of the top dial.
Every model in our Rotary Index Table range is available in options that would be suitable for the following environments
-Pharmaceutical
-Medical
-Dairy
-Meat Packaging and Processing
-Cosmetic
-Electronic Industry
-Other clean room environments
We also offer waterproof rotary index tables fro extremely wet and high pressured wash down environments

Indexing, Oscillating, Pick and Place, Torque Limiter, Assembly Chassis. Everything for high speed and high accuracy. 3 Special products for Servo Indexing.
Sankyo's flexible cam technology addresses the needs of many indexing applications where typical cam-indexing devices will not fully solve the problem. The AR/ServoDEX series indexer uses the same mechanism as our cam driven indexers except the cam is constant velocity. Out design combines proven mechanical roller gear technology with the flexibility of a programmable servo motor for positioning. When compared to a direct drive motor or a servo driven reducer, the AR/ServoDEX series excels regarding output torque and repetitive positioning accuracy.
Features :
- The number of stops and index/dwell time is programmable through a servo controller
- Offers the best solution for very fast cycle on demand applications
- Skip index or reversible pattern indexing is now possible
- Excellent mechanical performance
- +/- 45 Arc seconds accuracy is standard with higher accuracies available
- Worldwide parts & service availability
- Robust compact design-motor drive package is within the index height, no interference with mounting surfaces

SITRANS LPS200 is a rotary paddle switch for point level detection
in bulk solids. The paddle switch technology detects full, empty or demand
conditions on materials such as grain, feed, cement, plastic
granulate and wood chips. The paddle switch can handle bulk
densities as low as 15 g/l (2.19 lb/ft3) with the optional hinged
vane or 100 g/l (6.25 lb/ft3) with the standard measuring vane.
A low revolution geared motor with slip clutch drives a rotating
measuring vane which senses the presence of material at the
mounted level of the LPS200. As material comes into contact
with the rotating paddle, rotation stops, which changes the microswitch
state. When the paddle is no longer covered by material,
rotation resumes and the relay reverts to its normal condition.
