- WIDE RANGE OF TABLE LOAD CAPACITIES FROM 6 TO 120 TON.
- Full contouring, 360.000 position rotary tables.
- Full range of plain table configurations.
- Heavy capacity hidrostatic table bearing (20 - 120 TON).
- Rotary table sizes from 1000 x 1000 (40'' x 40'') up to 4000 x 5000 mm (160'' x 196'').
- MG50, MG75 AND MG100 tables utilize hidrostatic systems for rotary and linear axes.
- Linear axis rapid feed rate 10m(min (394 ipm).

Table available in two diameters: 80 mm and 105 mm/ height is 33 mm
Table features include an easy-to-read engraved 360° scale, 6 minute resolution, maximum horizontal load capacity of 200 pounds (90 kg.), and rugged black anodized finish.
They use a spring-loaded tangent screw drive for fine adjustments. With the Lock Knob released, the turntable is freely rotated by hand to the approximate target position. Turning the Adjust Knob engages a tangent screw driven against a spring-loaded yoke, allowing you to fine tune your position to 0.1 degree. The spring will resist up to 14 oz-in of rotational torque.

Autoquip industrial turntables is a very economical, heavy-duty design developed to withstand the demands and abuses of an industrial environment. Autoquip offers both manual and powered turntables to meet your specific material handling requirements.
Autoquip standard manual turntables have a ½" thick steel platform with radius corners, heavy duty center pin and bearing, and maintenance-free ball bearing support rollers. The rigid base is provided with holes for mounting this industrial turntable to a scissors lift, floor, stable bench or other sturdy work surface.
Autoquip powered industrial turntables is an electro-mechanical, heavy-duty design developed to withstand the demands and abuses of an industrial environment, and provides workers with the ability to more easily rotate heavy loads. Each powered turntable has a ½" thick steel platform with radius corners, chain and sprocket system powered by a motor and gearbox with adjustable torque limiter, and maintenance-free needle bearing support rollers. The rigid base is provided with holes for mounting this industrial turntable to a scissors lift, floor, stable bench or other sturdy work surface. Special controls can also be incorporated to program or automate the turntable rotation.

Tilt / Turntable for individual location and clamping of complicated workpieces
For linear measurement on surface, roughness and/or roundness measuring equipment it is necessary to align surface/outlines to be measured parallel to the measuring axis or to move the part into the corresponding axis. Because this is often a problem especially with uneven, convex or concave parts, so-called swivel tables are used. The tables integrated into measuring equipment usually only cater for small parts; large tables are not ergonomically usable because of the heavy weight involved.
Also such tables on offer from measuring equipment manufacturers are mostly dedicated to their particular devices.
Witte Bleckede has developed an all-pupose tilt/turntable with additional adjustment possibilities in X and Y in high-quality aluminum, which due to its low weight simplifies handling and enables location and fixation of parts up to 220x160mm.
The table surface is infinitely adjustable in 360° and can be tilted up to 90°. In X and Y axis it is also infinitely adjustable to +/- 12,5mm. All settings can be locked and a Nonius scale enables accurate, repeatable setting for further parts.
The surface is equipped with through bores Dia. 6 and M5 threads for locators as well as M4 threads around the outside for mounting end stops.
The tilt-turntables from Witte are also ideal for applications on coordinate measuring machines for measuring difficult to access features like bores or slots. Since the clamping surface can be moved freely in any direction, it is easy to align measuring points parallel to the measuring machine axis, thereby simplifying measuring process reducing time and effort.
