VANTAGE
DC fuel transfer pumps
The all new DC pump for plant equipment featuring new innovations in design and compact in size, incorporating a new level of pump intelligence allowing the pump to monitor its own activity and performance.
Studies have shown that, in the majority of cases, fuel-transfer pumps break down because of improper handling by users, including excessive or extreme use, accidental start-ups, or simple carelessness, that can leave the pump running for hours on end. Breakdowns translate into loss of time and money while waiting for the pump to be repaired. These difficulties are overcome with VANTAGE. Thanks to new, internationally patented technology, VANTAGE automatically prevents situations from becoming critical.

C.R.I. peripheral pumps volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and suction lift characteristics. Sealing is by means of a bellows mechanical seal made of carbon and ceramic is fitted over the shaft, which is ground to close tolerances. Self priming models have built in check valve on the suction side which requires no foot valve. The brass inserts provided inside the pump casing educes wear & tear and this give longer life and prevent the pump from seizing if it is kept idle for long period. Pumps are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled, A.C. induction two pole motors suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel laminations. The windings are of high grade enameled copper wire and are varnish impregnated. Dynamically balanced rotor ensures vibration and noise free operations. Construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. A thermal over load protector (motor protector) is incorporated in all single phase motors. These pumps require an adequate motor protection control panel.

The proper use for rotary vane pumps XS is in the 1 mbar to 10-3 mbar range. VACUUBRAND oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps are high performance, direct drive vacuum pumps of one stage (RE) or two stage type (RZ). With small dimensions and various direct mounted accessories such as separators, full-flow oil filters with maintenance indicator and oil mist filters they are all-rounders in fine vacuum generation. Especially for applications in chemistry laboratories, they offer a high vapour capacity for water and solvents and an active corrosion protection through an oil shut-off circuit, keeping the module under vacuum and stopping corrosives from entering the pump during non-operation.
high conductance inlet
high pumping speed even at low vacuum
high vapour tolerance
for water and solvents through gas ballast about to 10% of pumping capacity. Quieter running and good ultimate vacuum even with gas ballast.
anti-corrosion design
important inner surfaces mechanically ground and plasma treated. Oil shut-off device against corrosive gases entering the pump whilst switched off.
new lubrication circuit and large oil volume
for quiet operation and longer service intervals
compact design
smaller dimensions, low weight, ease of maintenance through telescopic design

The EP4 pump is an ideal prelube oil pump for large engines, but it is also a great oil or fuel transfer pump for limited duty cycle applications. It performs well with high viscosity oils. As a positive displacement pump it will self prime but is more efficient and quieter than a gear pump. Anywhere you need to move oil or fuel around you can do it easily and safely with a reliable EP4 pump.
The EP4-24 is powered by a self-contained motor running on 24 Volt DC power. The EP4-12 is the same unit running on 12 Volt DC power. Both voltages are capable of pressures in excess of 60 psi, with a pressure gauge built right into the face to show it. These pumps also incorporate a self-contained low loss check valve to prevent backflow. They are quiet due to their "whisper vane" pump technology, and if they do make noise it's due to a starved suction pipe that is too small. They are so quiet that you can hear the normal rattling sound of cavitation in an inlet starved pump

Description
The Daisy oil pump is a completely sealed, positive displacement motor/pump unit for pumping non-corrosive fluids. It is reversible and has no shaft seal. It will deliver up to 2000 liters/hr (9 gpm) 24/7. Pressure rise through the pump is internally limited to approx. 4 Bar (60 psi) over a wide range of viscosities.
The Daisy is a floating-vane type pump produced in two configurations. Both are reversible but P/N 6460 has a built-in rotary reversing switch which is useful for bi-directional applications.
The Daisy uses a unique tripod mount based on the standard NEMA bracket hole locations. The Daisy can be mounted in any orientation, horizontal or vertical, except inverted.

Magmo pumps are designed principally to handle high viscosity abrasive sugar products, such as Molasses, Massecuite and Magma. The ellipse and scraper principle it uses was originally devised by the sugar industry itself to overcome the problems associated with pumping these difficult liquids.
The current design includes the best features from previous pumps and successfully deals with the problems common to pumping liquids such as massecuite.

Simplicity of design with only one shaft and direct drive produces robust, long-lasting pressure/vacuum generators compressors with low maintenance and running costs. These pressure/vacuum generators operate completely oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by long-life vanes. Already featuring integrated intake filter and control valve, these pressure/vacuum generators can be fitted with other accessories without a problem. The blast air cooler, which is also integrated, guarantees a very low blast air temperature. The compact cover ensures low noise and heat emission. The combined pressure/vacuum generators are additionally equipped with a second intake. This provides the capability of making minor adjustments to the suction and pressure side as well as to high blast air volumes. By way of option, the second intake can also be used as a second low-vacuum suction air supply. Optional corrosion protection also makes these vacuum pumps suitable for extracting moist air.
