Single Pumps
These pumps are of high pressure and high performance, which have been developed especially for low noise operation. To comply with a variety of applications including injection moulding machines, PV2R series single
pumps provide the output flow of such a wide range as from 5.8 to 237 cm3 /rev (.354 to 14.46 cu.in./rev).
The intergral driving parts of the pumps are combined into a kit form and available for supply as a cartridge kit.
Therefore, the replacement of the driving parts can be done easily.
Double Pumps
These double pumps consist of two PV2R series single pumps combined in tandem within a single housing anddriven by a common shaft. A Single suction port and two discharge ports are provided so that the output flow can be supplied to separate circuits.

Self-controlling vane pumps type PSV
Special features: Long service life due to hydrodynamic, spherically located friction bearings
Low tolerance between adjustment and spacer ring = minimal oil leakage
Almost constant oil leakage over the compete pressure range due to hydraulic play compensation
Technical specifications:
Installation position: Unrestricted. The pump drive shaft must not be subjected to radial loads.
Operating temperature: To prevent corrosion, the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 55°C.
Suction: 152 mm HG
76 mm with aqueous fluids
Operating pressure: Max. 140 bar
Pressure limits: A pressure control valve should b e used with pressures in excess of 100 bar, as this would guarantee higher service life of the pump with high pressure peaks.
Direction of rotation: The SV pumps are available with clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. The respective direction of rotation is marked by arrows located on the side of the pump housing. The direction of rotation is seen from the end of the shaft.
Pressure fluids: HLP - Mineral oil i.a.w. DIN 51525
Filtering: to ensure long service life of the pump, a return line filter with a mesh of at least 1 my is recommended. Suction filters should not be used.

Without a doubt, Stanley hydraulic pumps exemplify the pure power of hydraulic tools. Our SM50 pump discharges an impressive 500 gallons per minute (1890 lpm) while it's small size allows it to fit in a box 11 inches deep by 10 inches square (26.7 cm x 25.4 cm).
Like our detwatering pumps, the pure power of hydraulic tools is also exemplified in our trash pumps. Our TP03 pump discharges an impressive 450 gallons per minute (1688 lpm) and can handle up to 3 inch (76 mm) diameter solids. Our TP08 discharges 800 gpm (3028 lpm) and can handle up to 4 inch (102 mm) solids.

A large input shaft diameter allows more through put power, even with an integral charge pump. When the 350 series pump is fully loaded as much as 56 kW (75 hp) of through put power is available for auxiliary hydraulic power needs from the SAE B auxiliary mounting pad.
350 Series pumps operate at a level of quietness that exceeds the requirements of today's demanding work conditions.
Another pump feature - a serviceable, bimetal valve plate - improves pump filling characteristics which, in turn, reduces fluid-borne noise and extends pump life. A highly engineered pump housing and swash plate also minimizes noise and vibration.
Mounting flanges are offered in SAE B and C configurations and ports are offered in SAE, ISO tube and flange and STC direct port versions. Opposite or same side port versions are available to facilitate plumbing and help the pump fit your machine space needs. An integral gerotor charge pump can be provided with up to four different displacement sizes allowing for either remote or inlet charge filter options. The 350 series pump offers a full range of product features and has the ability to match the needs of many different customer platforms. It supports increased power requirements in Agricultural, Construction and Utility markets and allows for a wide variety of installation opportunities for global machine design.

Axial piston units are available in the form of pumps and motors in bent axis design or swashplate design for medium- and high-pressure ranges. They are the main components in the hydrostatic transmission. Compact size and high power density, economy and reliability are characteristic advantages which speak for the use of hydrostatic transmissions, together with the fact that they meet the demand for high speed and high torque, as well as optimum efficiency.
|
|
Why use a variabledisplacement pump?
•precise control of all movements ;
• multi-function capabilities: simultaneous movements, all independant
of load ;
• avoid problems of fluid overheating ;
• reduce energy consumption.
Variable displacement : only advantages !
Installing a TXV variable displacement pump will transform your hydraulic equipment. Slow or rapid movements are done with precision, to the constant adjustment of pump flow rate. The TXV ranges are the result over 40 years' experience in hydraulic pumps. HYDRO LEDUC, France's leading pump manufacturer, is proud to present these high performance products.
