Magmo pumps are designed principally to handle high viscosity abrasive sugar products, such as Molasses, Massecuite and Magma. The ellipse and scraper principle it uses was originally devised by the sugar industry itself to overcome the problems associated with pumping these difficult liquids.
The current design includes the best features from previous pumps and successfully deals with the problems common to pumping liquids such as massecuite.

The P2000 rotary pump is specifically designed for space constrained installations, or where a simpler belt-driven design is preferred. The P2000 rotary pump is available in two different designs :
Inboard roller bearing configuration with single mechanical sealing for duties involving lubricating liquids, such as Fuel Oils, Vegetable Oils, Lube Oils, and Additives.
Inboard plain bearing configuration with gland packing for duties involving non-lubricating liquids, such as Molasses, Resins, and Polymers.

The U2000 rotary pump is specifically designed for systems or processes where infinitely variable flow from 0-100% of the rated pumps capacity is required. The U2000 achieves this with a variety of Control Types, without the need for speed variation devices, bypass lines/loops or control valves. Our patented Constant Pressure Control (CPC) pump will operate against a closed valve.

The newly developed Series MKP-Bio offers you an excellent solution for aseptic applications in the pharmaceutical, biotech, food industry and other sanitary processes. The pump has been developed and designed according to the EHEDG recommendations and takes in to account VDMA 24432 and EN 12462 standards.
Options:
• Internal bearing in tungsten carbide
• Diamond coated internal bearing
• Jacketed casing
• Temperature protection sensor PT-100 (recommended) to protect against dry running
• Double shroud system
• Special frame mounting
• Special O-ring material available on request (Viton®, EPDM, Silicone).
• Different suction - and discharge - connections available (clamp, T-I-Live, flange and buttweld)
Vertically mounted Magnetic Drive Pump with patented drive system.
The pump is totally self-draining through the suction connection eliminating requirement for additional flush drain and vent connections.
Due to the inherent design of the internal bearing lubrication and the gasket construction according to DIN 11864, the pump is deadspace free.
Specially designed flushing in the internal bearing guarantees excellent lubrication and cooling.
All wetted components meet a surface finish of min. 32ra standard, other finishes available on request.
All wetted corners are radiused for complete drainability.
All wetted surfaces are finished with a minimum 3° slope.
Microorganism cannot enter from the atmosphere into the pump.
CIP/SIP - able in place.
Reliable and easy assembly and reassembly.
For assembly and reassembly of the pump there is no special tool required.
All wetted materials are made of FDA approved components.

The Triro pump is of the positive displacement axial flow screw type with only three moving parts - a power rotor and two idler rotors. These three rotors (hence the brand name TRIRO) have accurately machined intermeshing threads which enfold the liquid being pumped and act as seals in relation to each other and to the pump body or sleeve in which they rotate.

The Twinro 2 screw pump is a heavy duty, fixed flow transfer unit. It is available in either Iron, Steel or Stainless Steel constructions to suit a variety of duties. The design of the screwset means the screws intermesh without metalic contact, making the pump suitable for non-lubricating duties. The pump is available in two configurations :
Outboard bearing pumps suitable for non-lubricating liquids, such as Petroleum Liquids, Palm Oils, Fatty Acids and Water Emulsions.
Inboard bearing pumps suitable for lubricating liquids, such as Lube Oils, and clean Fuel Oils.

Vacuum pumps are used in a variety of applications from manufacturing processes to medical devices. In general, a vacuum pump provides high quality, reliable performance and is a low maintenance piece of equipment. Vacuum pumps convert mechanical energy into pneumatic energy by evacuating the air contained within a system. They use the same pumping mechanism as air compressors except that the unit is installed so that the air is drawn from a closed volume and Exhausted to the atmosphere.
In a compressed air system the compressor inlet is usually at atmospheric pressure, whereas in a vacuum system, the outlet is at atmospheric pressure.

The new K-Tron Bulk Solids Pump (BSP) feeders have been specifically designed and engineered to provide gentle, precise feeding of free-flowing pellets, granules, flakes, powders and friable products.
The BSP feeders do not use the usual screws/augers, belts or vibratory trays to convey the material. The feeder utilizes positive displacement action to feed free flowing materials with astounding accuracy, offering uniform discharge, consistent volume and gentle handling.
The BSP feeders have vertical rotating discs that create a product lock-up zone, conveying the material smoothly from storage hopper to discharge outlet, achieving true linear mass flow.
Utilizing a simple design and the principle known as "lock up" (see demonstration), the material in the feeder is moved together in true positive displacement, producing excellent linearity and breakthrough accuracy levels.
With no pockets or screws and only one moving part, the compact feeder is cleaned in seconds, making it ideal for applications with frequent material changes.

Cartridge mounted mechanically balanced seals, manufactured in accordance with API 682 standards. These seals are designed for heavy duty applications and/or applications which are dangerous to both people and surrounding atmosphere.
They offer the best performance possible in terms of reliability and gaseous emission control, making them the ideal solution for petrochemical plants.
They are available as single or double seal construction in the various versions required by API Standards.
The metallic bellows designs are particularly suited to high temperature and/or corrosive liquids.
