Parker CK cartridge kits are used in the PFVI and PFVH series fixed displacement vane pumps for application on mobile and industrial hydraulic equipment. These cartridge kits are completely assembled and tested for quick and cost effective service of the pump in the field.
The CK**PFVH (mobile) is a 10 vane cartridge designed to meet the higher operating pressures and shaft speeds of mobile equipment and the CK**PFHI (industrial) is a 12 vane cartridge designed for use in the quieter in-plant environment. Flows from 5 to 60 GPM @ 1200 RPM with operating pressures to 3000 PSI can be achieved.

Self-controlling vane pumps type PSV
Special features: Long service life due to hydrodynamic, spherically located friction bearings
Low tolerance between adjustment and spacer ring = minimal oil leakage
Almost constant oil leakage over the compete pressure range due to hydraulic play compensation
Technical specifications:
Installation position: Unrestricted. The pump drive shaft must not be subjected to radial loads.
Operating temperature: To prevent corrosion, the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 55°C.
Suction: 152 mm HG
76 mm with aqueous fluids
Operating pressure: Max. 140 bar
Pressure limits: A pressure control valve should b e used with pressures in excess of 100 bar, as this would guarantee higher service life of the pump with high pressure peaks.
Direction of rotation: The SV pumps are available with clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. The respective direction of rotation is marked by arrows located on the side of the pump housing. The direction of rotation is seen from the end of the shaft.
Pressure fluids: HLP - Mineral oil i.a.w. DIN 51525
Filtering: to ensure long service life of the pump, a return line filter with a mesh of at least 1 my is recommended. Suction filters should not be used.

R 5 special products are designed for use in the following special situations:
* high water vapour - Aqua
* high oxygen concentration - Oxygen
* explosion risk - Enivac
R 5 Aqua
These pumps are designed for use in humid applications and processes that contain a high percentage of water vapour. Aqua type vacuum pumps are characterised by reliability and minimum maintenance. The standard version of the Aqua type vacuum pump is equipped with a recirculation oil lubrication system, which results in considerably lower oil consumption compared to with once – through lubricated vacuum pumps. No water is needed for operating.
R 5 - Oxygen
Used in all industrial processes with increased oxygen concentration such as modified atmosphere packaging of red meat or chicken. Injection of higher oxygen concentration is a common and frequent process in packaging of meat products. This ensures a controlled maturity and sterilisation of the meat.
The R 5 rotary vane vacuum pumps in oxygen execution have been specially designed for pumping gases or gas mixtures with more than 21% oxygen content, thereby ensuring highest process reliability.
R 5 Enivac
Enivac pumps are explosion – proof rotary vane vacuum pumps. They can be used in industrial applications to pump explosive gas/air and vapour/ air mixtures. They are suitable for pumping almost all group IIB3 gases as well as fuel vapours. Enivac vacuum pumps are certified in accordance with directive 94/9/EC (ATEX 95) FOR USE IN Ex II 1/ 2 G IIB3 T4, Category 1 inside and outside the pump

C.R.I. Peripheral pumps are one among the unique products from the home of C.R.I., the pumps people having an unsurpassed engineering expertise of over 4 decades. C.R.I. products are engineered to perfection with utmost care and stringent quality control at all stages to ensure longevity and trouble free service.
Volute chamber and impellers are designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency and suction lift characteristics. Sealing is by means of a bellows mechanical seal made of carbon and ceramic is fitted over the shaft, which is ground to close tolerances. Self priming models have built in check valve on the suction side which requires no foot valve. The brass inserts provided inside the pump casing reduces wear & tear and this give longer life and prevent the pump from seizing if it is kept idle for long period. Pumps are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled, A.C. Induction two pole motors suitable for continuous duty. Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel laminations. The windings are of high grade enameled copper wire and are varnish impregnated. Dynamically balanced rotor ensure vibration and noise free operations. Construction of motor frames and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature rise thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor. A thermal protector (motor protector) is incorporated in all single phase motors. These pumps require an adequate motor protection control panel.

General description
HINDHIVAC "FD" Series Rotary Pumps are designed to address the needs of all the major requirements like research as well as industrial applications.
Raw Materials are chosen keeping in view of continuous pumping requirements. Pressure tight, special grade, fine grain castings & high carbon steel for internal parts are hardened and ground to close tolerances. These ensure noise and vibration at negligible minimum levels. Compactness and minimum oil charge are the highlights of the design feature.
These Rotary Pumps have a gas ballast facility to pump most condensable vapors without any notable oil contamination. An anti-suck-back facility prevents oil entering the system in the event of pump being switched off due to power failure. An integral Oil pump ensures lubrication and sealing to build high vacuum.
These Rotary Pumps find application in the area like Impregnation, Nuclear particle study, Electronic Tube evacuation, Lamp manufacturing Industries, Air conditioning and Refrigeration, Freeze Drying, Gas circulation, vacuum forming, Filtration, Metalizing, Distillation, Vacuum Metallurgy, etc.
