1. To enhance reducing the noise level, we have selected branded engine like Cummins and Perkins with Leroy-Somer Alternator which are known for their low noise level.
2. To effectively lower the noise level, we employ the residential silencer and Tier II silencer to be installed within the canopy.
3. Canopy – normally it is constructed with steel plate and a layer of noise absorbent whereas the canopy from our company is with one layer of steel plate and two layers of different noise absorbent. (This is because the different absorbent material has a different characteristic in noise absorption and hence creates a more soundproofing capability) Besides, the material which used is inflammable.
4. A vacuum layer within the canopy further enhances noise absorption.
5. The canopy will be equipped with lurve window to enable efficient air flow and heat radiation in order to secure the normal functioning of the genset.
6. The controlling system and the working cabin will be designed with partition to separating one another for the protection of the aging for electrical parts.
