| The Clif Mock sample probe was the first truly isokinetic sampler available for crude oil sampling and is still the most accurate and reliable method for extracting a sample from a pipeline for BS & W analysis. Designed to be used with C-22 Isokinetic Professional samplers, the CD20 drive units are available in four configurations and are capable of pulse counting, timing, pacing from computer and sending out a "loss-of-signal" alarm. Bühler Heated Sample Gas filter AHF - 22
The traditional design of heated particulate professional filters requires considerable maintenance and down time due to the work required to change the filter media.
Buhler’s AHF-22 incorporates a new advanced design that eliminates much of this work and sets new standards for ease and speed of maintenance. A spent filter can be changed in seconds and does not require dismantling the unit. Simply turn the handle 90 ° and the filter element slides out for replacement.
Depending on the application, the filter can be heated by self-regulating or controller-regulated cartridges.
Filter media are available in sintered stainless steel, ceramic or pleated stainless steel.

ALMATEC pneumatic industrial diaphragm pumps of type AD 6 are a special development for laboratory applications and for sampling water from wells for continuous monitoring of the groundwater under landfills.
They have a maximum delivery volume of 250 l/h which can be infinitely varied by adjusting the air flow. AD 6 pumps are equipped with spring-loaded cocks and can therefore be installed in any position.
The housing is made of solid PTFE conductive. This material is resistant to corrosion by virtually all media. Its conductivity permits use of the pump in explosion-hazard areas and for inflammable liquids.
AD 6 pumps meet the ATEX requirements of the directive 94/9/EG.

CONCEPT
The Micro Diaphragm Gas Sampling Pumps from KNF
are based on a simple principal - an elastic diaphragm,
fixed on its edge, moves up and down its central point
by means of an eccentric. In this way the medium is

The new Rapidox 3100 incorporates a powerful and silent linear piston pump manufacturers for remote sampling of gas. Connections are made using 6/4mm flexible tubing to the front panel input and output unions. The front panel includes a flow gauge allowing the user to control the rate of gas flow into the analyser from 0 to 4 litres per minute.

The AVSPro automatic professional sampler is a fully automated measuring instrument for determining the viscosity of Newtonian fluids with capillary viscometers.
In spite of the high sample throughput, the AVSPro provides maximum accuracy and reproducibility and even allows unsupervised 24-hour operation.
The AVSPro automatic sampler works with the capillary method, which is the most precise method for determining the viscosity of Newtonian liquids in terms of physical chemistry. The great versatility offered by viscometers with optical and TC sensing systems opens up an extremely wide range of applications. This includes measurements of clear liquids as well as opaque petroleum products.
The main feature of the automatic unit is the three-axis positioning mechanism of the sample dosing system. The new X-Y-Z positioning mechanism allows parallel operation of up to eight viscometers in two thermostatic baths, which can be set at two different measurement temperatures.
Because of its large throughput capacity and its functional reliability, which it has demonstrated in the course of continuous practical operations, the AVSPro has proven itself to be an indispensable instrument for day-today utilization, particularly in the petroleum and plastics industries. |
