Optimum protection thanks to a smart design
Well thought-out and safe
Welding, grinding, polishing: Euromate presents the breakthrough for downdraft tables. And not without reason, as the Euromate downdraft table combines innovation and safety in a smart design with an extremely low noise level. In addition to this, the well thought-out design makes maintenance and service from the front of the workbench very easy.
Innovative workbench
The downdraft table is a workbench and an extraction/filtration system in one. The table removes dust and fumes from the breathing zone of the welder by drawing these through the work surface and/or the back panel. Filtering them from the air inside the workbench. With the Euromate downdraft table your workplace will always have a powerful extraction and filtration system. The downdraft table can be placed anywhere, even inside a welding booth.
Optimal safety
The Euromate downdraft table meets the strict international guidelines for welding fumes. The downdraft table has an advanced, three-way spark arrester that guarantees optimum safety.
ADVANTAGES: high filter capacity, long filter life, high safety level thanks to three-way spark arrester, low noise level, a solution for every situation and maintenance can be performed easily.

Use
The ducts have been studied in order to guarantee the greater use flexibility in single or centralised gas exhaust extraction systems. They are used largely in the Automotive sector considering that one aspiration collector only can serve many aspiration points connecting “TGA” flexible hoses to “CST” sliding trolleys or “ASC” reels realised to guarantee the manual or mechanical movement lengthways the aspiration axis. The system supplied pre-assembled and complete with instructions in order to simplify the different ceiling or wall mounted installations allows the connection of the duct to the centrifugal fan to facilitate the expulsion outside of the gases.

Downdraft Tables
The Airflow Systems line of downdraft tables brings source capture collection efficiency to industrial applications requiring larger, open collection areas and work surfaces. The Airflow Systems downdraft table combines the work surface with the particulate collection area. The downdraft design draws contaminants away from the worker's breathing zone without hindering the worker's movement or productivity. Airflow Systems offers a selection of portable downdraft tables and stationary downdraft tables for most any type of grinding, sanding, and welding application.

The sensor of aspiration creates an effect of sweeping of the surface of work and generates a homogeneous flow of air, by protecting as well the respiratory tracts from the operator as the atmosphere of the room.
ADVANTAGES:
This system does not obstruct, but facilitates the operation of the work station as well as the breakdown service and maintenance actions.
ASSETS:
- Adapts to any type of application (realization to measure)
- Recommended by the CRAM and the INRS
- the handling of cumbersome parts allows
OPTIONS:
- Manufacture: all types of materials (stainless, plastic, sheet galva...)
- Shutter of adjustment which makes it possible to control the flow and to adapt to the treated products

Built from strong metal plates, designed and machined by applying the most advanced technology. This bench is a very efficient suction system for the dust produced by manual sanding and tool sanding, protecting the operator from the noxious side effects of inhaling fine dust. Its 2 m2 surface includes a sturdy system of rubber-covered supports to protect the work items during machining.
|
|
Constructive Features:
The BS bench is constructed from a series of bolted and appropriately sized panels so as to make a robust structure which can withstand uniformly distributed loads of up to 350 kg/m².
The use of gavalnised sheet metal also prevents the continuous treatment of the surfaces following use or their deterioration as normally occurs with painted benches.
The internal housing of the fan allows the overall dimensions of the BS bench to be reduced making it more compact.
The work surface and the front suction walls are extractable to allow inside inspection and enable large size parts to be placed on the bench.
Slag and heavy dust from operations are deposited inside the bench and are easily removed using the extractable collections tray at the bottom of the bench.
Th bench's ergonomic design allows it to be used in the most suitable position for carrying out the operation.

The Envirosystems Down Draft Tables are constructed of structural steel tubing with an 18 Ga. Galvanized steel plenum. The tables will attach in any AirWall MD model using am adapter kit. It replaces the normal inlet baffles. This adapter kit is included with all AirWall units that are purchased with a down draft table. The units are designed with ease of use in mind.
The process of converting the down draft table to the AirWall unit is very simple and straight forward. Generally, connecting the table to the dust collection unit requires only about 5 minutes or less to complete. We have engineered our systems to be extremely easy to use and cost efficient.
