CTR 650 M
Offering value for money, Against CTR 650 and CTR 650 S, there is manual feed into the cut and return. Compared to the competition in the category of manual band saws, it is the only one that has motorised blade height setting from the central control panel. The setting is single speed with an option of electronic measuring with the LG 100. All this significantly accelerates, facilitates, and makes more accurate the height setting of the saw blade.
CTR 650 GX
This version is fitted with a professional four-stroke engine HONDA GX 620. The high performance of the engine 14.7 kW (20 HP) guarantees high machine performance.
The engine has electronic ignition and manual starting.
Manual feed into the cut and back as with CTR 650 M. Also the simple height setting of the arm using a hand crank is manual.

CTR 650
Small but very professional band mill. The design of the main component units, such as guide wheels including their bearing system, design of the saw band arm, the drive system, the feed system, etc. are identical with the type series CTR 800 or even the high performance CTR 950 Hydraulik.
With this type, the central control panel is located on a moving bridge of the saw frame. This allows for a closer contact of the operator with the material during cutting.
CTR 650S
Different from the CTR 650, the central control panel is located on a fixed pillar attached to the machine bed. This allows for comfortable machine operation from one control point.
CTR 800
Vertical and horizontal band saw movement, with variable speed, controlled by a frequency converter. Electrically controlled vertical feed for
board thickness setting enables switching to fast feed (for bigger distances) and slow feed (for exact setting of the required board thickness).
If the required board thickness is selected on the LG-Automat (accessories), the band saw moves to the set value by fast feed and
automatically slows before 'overrun' and stops at the pre-set position with the accuracy of 0,1 mm.
- Electrically controlled horizontal band saw movement; forward and reverse feeds with infinitely variable speed are controlled by a frequency converter. Turning a single button enables an infinitely variable speed change during cut, depending on the timber cut. Feed speed continuously displayed on a digital display.
CTR 950 S
The same structure as with the CTR 950 Hydraulik, but without the hydraulic equipment. Clamping and handling of the cut material is manual. This solution allows for purchasing of a value for money professional machine for cutting of large diameter trunks.
Within the scope of the unique modular system of the CTR type series, even this machine is equipped with all clamping points for additional installation of complete hydraulic accessories.

CTR 800 Hydraulic
Design wise, it is based on the popular model CTR 800 S that is housed on a raised travel frame that allows for installation of complete hydraulic accessories.
Handling of the timber using the hydraulic accessories significantly increases machine productivity. At the same time, it saves labour costs, because the machine control and handling even of very heavy timber can be performed by one employee.
The extension sections with a cutting length of 3 metres allow for installation of hydraulic accessories according to your requirements.
Machine control is identical to type CTR 800 S. At the central control panel, there is also the control of the complete hydraulic accessories.
CTR 950 & CTR 1300 Hydraulic
The very robust machine structure allows for installation of powerful hydraulic accessories that easily handles even very heavy timber.
Two way guidance of the bridge frame on the travel section in combination with a strong motor allows for smooth and quick pulling of even heavy cut pieces while using the sawn timber material feeder.
The machine is equipped with rapid travel of the bridge frame with automatic deceleration at end positions.
The extension sections with cutting lengths of 2, 4, and 6 metres allow for installation of hydraulic accessories according to your requirements.
The basic travel section and the extension sections are equipped with many clamping points for installation of hydraulic accessories, which allows for large flexibility during the design for the customers exact requirements.

In foodstuff laboratories, in chemical or biological research institutions - suitable analysis material is required everywhere for precise examination of foodstuffs. With the GRINDOMIX Knife Mill, Retsch now produces a grinding and homogenising machine that fulfills professional laboratory and analysis requirements. It processes foodstuffs with high water, oil or fat contents just as rapidly and reliably as dry, soft or medium-hard products. For the first time, Retsch provides a professional alternative to standard household mixers.
With the special cutting knife system and the variable grinding chamber of the Grindomix, the materials can be processed into an homogeneous analysis sample, quick and easy. Two straight knives at different heights, arranged at right angles to the direction of rotation, turn at a speed between 2,000 and 10,000 rpm in the centre of the mill vessel.
Product Advantages:
powerful speed-controlled 750 W industrial motor
speed pre-selectable, range 2000 - 10000 min-1
digital display of grinding time and speed
interval operation possible
three memory keys
gravity lid for automatic grinding chamber volume adaption
comprehensive range of accessories
sample vessel easy to clean and exchange

Cutting mills are particularly well suited for comminution of soft to medium-hard, fibrous or tough materials (including plastics). They are frequently also used in the preparation of heterogeneous substance mixtures and for sample preparation for RoHS and WEEE analysis. In this type of mill, samples are comminuted through cutting and shearing. The fineness is determined by a sieve insert.
Various knife geometries and replaceable blades ensure maximum flexibility and durability. Grinding parts of various steel types as well as of hardmetal tungsten carbide can be used for controlling the abrasion problems.
All grinding parts can be removed for cleaning in just a few seconds without tools – unbeatable fast, simple and efficient!
YOUR ADVANTAGES WITH FRITSCH CUTTING MILLS
- Especially simple operation for fast work
- Unmatched ease of cleaning thanks to patented quick opening facility
- Optimum airflow for particularly fast grinding and secure protection against clogging
- More stable running and low wear due to the patented double cone bearing of the rotor
- Exceptionally long service life through use of replaceable and fixed knives
- Unique grinding chamber geometry: minimal dead space and progressive cutting geometry between the rotor and the fixed knives – for faster and simpler operation
- Grinding parts with different cutting geometries and materials - perfectly adjustable to your application
By the way:
FRITSCH Cutting Mills are available in different configurations – for each application the perfect Mill!

CoroMill 490
Sandvik Coromant has launched the first of a new generation of shoulder mills, the CoroMill 490, which reduces machining costs by up to 25 per cent. CoroMill 490 is a high-precision tool for applications where reduced depths of cut and less final machining are required, as with the near net shape precision forgings and castings used by machine shops for higher productivity. Less, but more precise, work is needed on these castings and forgings. This is possible with the four edge insert design of CoroMill 490 and reduces substantially the cost per component for customers.
CoroMill 390
A new range of damped silent tools from Sandvik Coromant is bringing substantial performance benefits to complement the existing range of long and slender CoroMill® 390 milling cutters. Integrated dampening offers more efficient, vibration free machining to improve the performance of cutting tools working in deep cavities and pockets. The stabilization of the machining process in this way provides wider machine utilization for face and shoulder milling, especially in long overhangs and will boost the capabilities of long reaching tools.Reducing vibration in often tricky situations provides the confidence needed to increase the cutting parameters without compromising work piece quality. This enables the achievement of greater machining success with the CoroMill® 390 - including improved component surface finish and longer tool life.
|
|
CoroMill 390 is the most versatile facemill on the market for better accessibility. It offers an opportunity to reach the best productivity for each specific type of operation - just by combining the most suitable cutter pitch with the most relevant insert geometry and grade.
CoroMill 390 is the first choice cutter for versatile facemilling.
