Our new range of Oil-injected screw compressors is based on a modular design. In this way we have the flexibility to offer our customers what they want. The modular manufacturing approach we have designed into our new compressor range, gives maximum flexibility so that your cost expectations are met. You can take a standard machine, and add an integrated dryer and an SR variable drive system, or for premium efficiency, a larger air-end.
All compressors can be sized to suit the required output, and can be driven by either a fixed speed drive motor or our innovative switched reluctance drive system. The volume flow can be precisely controlled to meet your continually changing demands. This ensures that you use only the energy required to do the job and no more.

With the new RS-COMPACT range from 3 kW (400 l/min) even customers with low air demand can now enjoy the benefits of this compressor principle, i.e. continuous operation at max. pressure.

For the COMPACT range virtually the same components as for the standard range are used with the only difference of a flat design which makes the range attractive, also from the price point of view.

The compressors screw lubricated (of 2.2 with 500kW) provide up to 5062 m3/h for pressures from 3.5 to 14 bars according to the versions. The equipment of treatment of the air (filter, drier...) can be integrated directly in the compressor and thanks to the drive at variable speed (in option), energy saving can reach 35%.

Aerzen Screw Compressors VR for process gas technology in modular system single- and multi-stage for dry compression of process gases. The Screw Compressor stage is available in 13 sizes with swept volume flows from 600 m³/h to 120.000 m³/h. Differential pressures between 7 and 12 bar are standard at single-stage compression. With multi-stage design discharge pressures of 25 bar and 40 bar max., but also vacuums lower Pe –0,9 bar are achieved.
The maximum (1350 mm) and the minimum rotor length (155 mm) give an impression of the entire breadth of the offer. For the adjustment to the different process gases, rotors made of steel or special steel and casing of nodular cast iron, steel- or special steel casting can be applied.

The ECO TEC system offers a reliable and non-expensive solution to the user who is in need of oil and condensate free air.
Generally speaking the ECO-TEC system is incorporated in the compressor plant.
In a physical/chemical process, the entire oil contained in the compressed air and the remaining hydro-carbon are cracked in several steps and oxidized by the addition of oxygen from the air.
The ECO-TEC system can be supplied for lubricated compressors already installed and is also available as stand-alone unit.

The smallest is the C14, a compact manually transportable Honda petrol engined screw compressor to load into a van. This provides 1.4 m3/min. of air at a rated pressure of 7 bar g. Next is the C20 portable, powered by a Kubota D1105 water cooled diesel, and providing 2m3/min. of air at 7 bar g.
If more air is required for extra hand tools or to power a pneumatic pump to drain a trench, chose the C25 powered by the Kubota D1105 and offering 2.5 m3/min. at 7 bar g. Versatility of the single tooler range is increased by provision of generator models for site lighting, electrical tools or fusion welding of polyethylene service pipe.
The C20GS - includes an electrical generator which can be run at the same time as the compressor providing air at 2.0 m3/min, the C30 is powered by the same Kubota V 1505 engine as the C20GS and provides air at 3.0 m3/min

A Wide variety of users rely on CompAir C Series compressors when there is a demand for portable compressed air. Pressures range, depending on the model, from 7 to 14 Bar (101 to 204 psi). The construction of the double-stage VMT-compressors is based on our proven, single-stage compressor series VM.37.
The VMT-series is designed for oil-free conveyance of air and neutral gases and has already been used since 1970 for the industrial generation of compressed air.
For the diverse industrial ranges of compressed air technology the double-stage units were steadily adapted to the changing operation requirements and modified. Experience of more than 200 supplies has developed a compressor unit, which can convert nearly all special applications of compressed-air technology according to the customers' individual requirements. The VMT-compressors cover motor ratings from 90 to 1020 kW and differential pressures up to 10 bar. This series is available in water-cooled as well as air-cooled design.
