The smallest is the C14, a compact manually transportable Honda petrol engined screw compressor to load into a van. This provides 1.4 m3/min. of air at a rated pressure of 7 bar g. Next is the C20 portable, powered by a Kubota D1105 water cooled diesel, and providing 2m3/min. of air at 7 bar g.
If more air is required for extra hand tools or to power a pneumatic pump to drain a trench, chose the C25 powered by the Kubota D1105 and offering 2.5 m3/min. at 7 bar g. Versatility of the single tooler range is increased by provision of generator models for site lighting, electrical tools or fusion welding of polyethylene service pipe.
The C20GS - includes an electrical generator which can be run at the same time as the compressor providing air at 2.0 m3/min, the C30 is powered by the same Kubota V 1505 engine as the C20GS and provides air at 3.0 m3/min

Process-Gas Screw Compressor
Process-Gas Screw Compressors are used in all applications where heavily contaminated components in gases and gas mixtures would curtail the life of other types of compressors. Their low speed of rotation permits direct injection of large quantities of liquid.
These oil-free compressors attain volume flows of up to 100,000 m³/h and an outlet pressure of 50 bar.

GEAR series
The new power packs for extensive compressed air requirementsPower class: 30 – 500 kW The gear-driven plants of the GEAR series enable ALMIG to offer a new generation of screw compressors for extensive air requirements. Delivery quantities of between 3.58 and 71.15 m³/min at max. operating pressures of 8, 10 and 13 bars.
With drive outputs of 30-500 kW the plants are available in an air-cooled (30-250 kW) and a water-cooled version (30-500 kW).
The easy-to-maintain and service drive concept with a robust drive motor with generous power reserves, easy-to-maintain and service gear and novel flexible gear drives with replaceable working elements protect the drive, work with minimum slip but with high operational reliabilityand virtually without loss (efficiency >98%). Highly efficient separation of the cooling agent facilitates a residual oil content of only 2–3 mg/m3.

VARIABLE series
Power class: 16-315 kWThe speed-controlled, screw compressors in the ALMIG VARIABLE series have been specially developed according to the most recent findings in research and technology. They are for use in all situations where compressed air needs vary.
Market analyses show that on average capacity utilisation of compressors is around 50 - 70%. The maximum delivery quantity is only required at peak times.
This has prompted us to develop the ALMIG SCD technology which demonstrates its greatest strength in the partial load range, i.e. exactly where it is required.

The Directional Control Valve of the rotary spool type consists of a rotor which is rotated with respect to the valve body. When the rotor is placed in selected positions inlet and outlet ports are connected in various combinations permitting the start, stop or directional change of fluid under pressure. The functions specific to a valve depends primarily on rotor type selected.

These directional seated valves use spring loaded balls as valve elements and therefore do not show any leakage. They are manifold mounting and are available with various actuations which always act on an angled lever pushing the valve element in the desired switching position.
The basic versions are designed as 2/2- and 3/2-way directional valves. 3/3- , 4/3-way functions are possible, if two valves are housed in one valve body, whereas 4/2-way functions require an additional intermediate plate. The enforced versions G39, G49, G..-22 are intended for pulsating, permanent load with frequent switching operations in the high pressure range.
These valves may be directly installed in pipe systems, when equipped with subplates enabling pipe connection. Many optional functions can be incorporated in these sub-plates e.g. pressure limiting valve or restrictor check valve for widen the field of application for this valve type. Valve banks of these valves are also available featuring several valves
connected in parallel (see type VB).
