Here again the compressors are mounted on horizontal air receivers of different sizes.

The ECO TEC system offers a reliable and non-expensive solution to the user who is in need of oil and condensate free air.
Generally speaking the ECO-TEC system is incorporated in the compressor plant.
In a physical/chemical process, the entire oil contained in the compressed air and the remaining hydro-carbon are cracked in several steps and oxidized by the addition of oxygen from the air.
The ECO-TEC system can be supplied for lubricated compressors already installed and is also available as stand-alone unit.

Within the compressor body there are two screws with matting profile: a female and a male screw, female having concave inlets and the male with convex helical inlets. The screws rotate in opposite directions with the female screw receiving the driving power and transmitting this power to the male screw through a set of synchronization gears.
As the screws rotate, the air is drawn into the inlet port and fills up the space between the screws. This phase is the Admission. The key phase is the Compression. It starts when the end of a male thread blocks the end of a female thread. The volume available between the compressor body and these two threads then progressively decreased during rotation. When this volume merges into the delivery outlet of the compressor, the third phase takes place, hence the Exhaust.
Throughout this process, there is no contact between the screws. This means no wear, total reliability, and non-pulsating air delivery. These compressor/blowers can be used in either a Mobil or stationary application and can be driven by a PTO, electric motor, or hydraulic power system. A complete range of dedicated ancillary product is available to support this product line.

The compressor delivers pulsation free air. By continuously matching the speed of the drive motor to the air net pressure, the compressor optimises energy consumption and reduces the operating pressure bands.
The range is available as aircooled or watercooled. A Full Feature version is also available where a refrigerant dryer is installed, integrated in the bodywork. A dryer bypass is installed as standard on the Full Feature machines. Some series have an integrated VSD dryer as well.

The Cloupressor: BOGE SLF
A frequency controlled screw compressor. By changing the speed of both motor and air end the SLF can operate the air end in its specifically optimum range and adapt the compressed air output to the actual needs. Expensive idling times and motor switches are avoided. At the same time a smaller pressure band can be set, also helping to save enrgy.
Special benefit: By adjusting the air end speed by frequency regulation not only the FAD can be adjusted but also the pressure value! Usual frequency controlled screw compressors only change the FAD at a certain given maximum pressure. Lowering the pressure value did not result in a higher FAD. But with the SLF adjusting the pressure value will at the same time result in an adjustment of the maximum possible FAD! This way a 13 bar model easily can be switched to an 8 bar model including the higher volume flow of an 8 bar machine. There are no alterings or constructive changes necessary. All pressure values can be served with one machine.
