Any exquisite product or good functional product has a simple configuration---including few components….sine pump is not an exception.
The sine wave shape of impeller means a cavity can be formed at every rotation (4 cavities can be formed every passing the lining space). This operation can “push” or “release” flowing products. The pump cavity is divided into suction chamber and extraction chamber by control panel to ensure pressure tolerances at exit and entrance. Meanwhile, control panel plays another important role to lubricate the pump bearing by product in compulsion.
Sine pump----excellent efficiency, high viscosity Best selection of super low shear feeding
Super low shear feeding Although with a great deal of solid particle and fragile product A safe and no damage feeding can be provided
Suction capability Suction pressure reaches 0.85bar
High viscosity performance reaches the limit of flowing capability Can reach 4,000,000cps
No pulse, stable feeding Flow cubage adjustment precisely, without interference and shock Filling machine can supply a stable product dose evenly
Sine pump: Special two sine-curve-like vane is taken, instead of rotor, epicyclic gear or piston, and it runs with a movable panel and a fixed line, forming a special volume pump and realizing liquid super low shear, without pulse feeding, although in condition of 10bar back pressure (water feeding), there won’t be any movement on pressure gauge.

IMO OptiLine magnetic coupled pumps, also called mag drive pumps, are an investment in a leak-free future. The benefits are unmatched: a dramatic reduction in maintenance and spare parts costs, improved safety and low environmental impact.
An extension of the low pressure ACE and ACG pump series, the OptiLine design features a sealed-off pump with inner rotor and permanent magnets coupled to the pump, which is then sealed by a non-magnetic can. On the atmospheric side, an outer rotor, also with permanent magnets, is coupled to the driver. With no sliding contact seals, there is no way for oil to escape.
OptiLine covers a flow range up to 70 m3/h. A small fraction of the pumped media is used for cooling of the coupling, so there is no requirement for an external cooling device. Nor is there any need for ventilating openings in the coupling chamber, eliminating wearing debris.

Positive constant displacement, rotary, three screw pump. Flow rate per revolution 9.8 - 307 cm3 in 14 steps. The three screws, the central driven screw – the power rotor – which meshes with the two sealing screws – the idler rotors –
are the only rotating components ot the pump. The axial pressure and friction loads on the pump rotors are hydraulically balanced. The power rotor is positioned axially by the selfcompensated thrust washer arrangement, being part of the hydraulic balancing system of the power rotor. The pump accommodates mechanical shaft seals complying with the DIN 24960 Standard.

The Triro pump is of the positive displacement axial flow screw type with only three moving parts - a power rotor and two idler rotors. These three rotors (hence the brand name TRIRO) have accurately machined intermeshing threads which enfold the liquid being pumped and act as seals in relation to each other and to the pump body or sleeve in which they rotate.

The Twinro 2 screw pump is a heavy duty, fixed flow transfer unit. It is available in either Iron, Steel or Stainless Steel constructions to suit a variety of duties. The design of the screwset means the screws intermesh without metalic contact, making the pump suitable for non-lubricating duties. The pump is available in two configurations :
Outboard bearing pumps suitable for non-lubricating liquids, such as Petroleum Liquids, Palm Oils, Fatty Acids and Water Emulsions.
Inboard bearing pumps suitable for lubricating liquids, such as Lube Oils, and clean Fuel Oils.

I 1978 SPECO® started manufacturing PA-type Archimedean Water Screw Pumps. By the mid 1980s the Company had gained a leading position among European manufacturers due to the acquired know-how and expertise in production technology. Only logistic problems could stop SPECO® topping their triple pitch 3.5 metre diameter, 23 metre long, and more than 30 ton weighing monster powered by a 500 kW drive supplied in 1993 to a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Rome.
The 1990s brought major changes to the wastewater industry. The dramatically decreasing demand for large Archimedean Water Screw Pumps in the industrialised countries made SPECO® now focus on similar technologies, such as screening and compacting. However, in recent years the demand for Water Screw Pumps, which are now supplied by WAMGROUP associates RONCUZZI®, has increased again.

General Description
Used to pump or meter thin to highly viscous liquids, pasty, neutral or aggressive, pure or abrasive liquids, gaseous liquids or liquids that tend to foam, even liquids with fibrous and solid components.
Functionality
Self-priming progressing cavity pump, the pumping elements of which are the rotating rotor and the stationary stator. The special shape of these two parts creates sealed chambers, the contents of which are continuously moved in an axial direction from the suction side to the pressure side. Despite rotation of the rotor, no turbulence results; the consistent chamber volume eliminates crushing forces.
