The AD-4826 is a feeder controller with model predictive control technology that delivers superior performance when compared with PID control devices.
Model predictive control is a method of process control to determine a manipulated variable that enables a process variable to reach a set point by predicting future changes in a process using models of the controlled object’s behavior. The internal model is used to predict if any deviation from the set point will occur in the immediate future when process control is continued with the current manipulated variable. If a deviation is predicted, an adjusted manipulated variable is output and sent to the controlled object.
Unlike PID control, which executes a correction after a control deviation occurs, model predictive control predicts a deviation in advance using a model of the system’s behavior to enable stable process control while avoiding hunting (unstable movement). The extraordinary advantages of model predictive control include process control stability, disturbance cancellation, improved response to changes, improved set-point-following capability and high tolerance to the influence of changes in a process.
The AD-4826 can perform model predictive control with a screw feeder, circle feeder, table feeder or rotary feeder that has been controlled with PID control (up to 4 feeders can be used with one AD-4826 device).

The Model 977v3 Pulsed DC Controller has been designed to operate with the full industrial range of Meech Pulsed DC static elimination equipment. The REOVIB MFS 168 series of variable-frequency regulators are specially designed for controlling vibratory feeders. The units produce a highly stable output frequency that is adjustable in 0.1 Hz increments. Manual "tuning" time of the mechanical feed system is significantly reduced. The sinusoidal output means that the feeder runs quietly and provides gentle product handling characteristics. Settings are adjusted by using a touch-panel and an integrated digital display. The feed rate set-point can be adjusted in several ways, including the use of 0 - 10V or 0(4) - 20 mA signals. User settings can be stored and recalled. Depending on the controller version there are functions available for track-sensor control and constant amplitude control, which maintains a constant feed-rate irrespective load variations on the feeder. All electrical connections are brought out to terminals located in the front panel. The enclosure is designed for panel mounting.

PadPak® is a versatile product that can accommodate most packaging needs and applications such as cushioning, wrapping and blocking and bracing.
PadPak converters create cushioning pads from single or multi-ply kraft paper. Inside the converter, the paper layers are crimped together, trapping air inside the layers to form a cushioning pad. Station 1 : The bag comes fully of the products from the vertical ffs integrated with the line, bag with the top side open (not welded), the system keeps the bag on stand up position and progresses through a line with cups
Station 2 : a cold jaws takes the top of the bag and shake it in order to adjust the product inside the bag
Station 3 : A device such the air inside the bag then seal the top side of the bag
Station 4 : a rotating double-head performs the double folding of the top of the bag already welded
Station 5 : label applicator to apply a reclosable label on the top side of the bag, keeping the double fold top seal close to the bag
