The DULEVO 200 and 5000 Hydro are machines particularly studied for high pressure washing and disinfecting of road surfaces and dealing with the many problems encountered in towns, city centres and large industrial complexes where hygiene is required.
The compact dimensions of these machines, plus a special four wheel steering system make these machines unique in their category, both in working autonomy as in manoeuvrability
Washing is made through a front spray bar positioned under the front part of the cabin, this can be adjusted hydraulically in angle of incidence, side angle, ground height.
The spray bar is built in stainless steel and is equipped with eleven vertical cone type spray units for frontal work and by two side units for working both on the left or right hand side of the machine.
Water is sent to the spray bar through a high water flow volumetric piston pump with pressure that can be regulated by a valve easily accessible and adjustable.
The water is withdrawn and filtered through a cartridge filter (with easy access for maintenance) from a stainless steel water tank placed on the rear part of the machine.

RÖSLER-Waterjet-Machines blast with clean pure water and attain a pressure up to 60000 psi, 4.000 bar. This water is projected onto the component to be treated, via one or more nozzles fixed on a rotating nozzle holder.
The rotation of the nozzle(s) generates a milling or grinding effect on the parts. This is a "soft" method to treat parts from which tenacious, very hard coatings have to be removed.
Blasting with water has many advantages:

The smart solution without ductwork
Diluter systems are the solution, when source extraction and hoods are not an option when large pieces of metal are fabricated, various welding processes take place at continuously changing locations and ductwork is difficult to install. The Diluter system has been designed especially for light to medium welding processes.
Flexible solution
Installing the Diluter system is easy as you do not need any ductwork. It does not only save ductwork (thus labour) costs, it is also a very flexible solution for facilities with many welding processes, changing locations constantly. The Diluter system suits almost any workshop.
Minor investment maximum result
The Diluter system consists of three main components: the filter unit, a fan and the Diluter itself. The Diluter is an air circulation unit with six multidirectional outlet nozzles. The unit re-circulates the cleaned air into the workshop by means of the outlet nozzles. The nozzles can be rotated to optimise extraction.
The airflows from the nozzles can be controlled individually making the system unique. Positioning the nozzles inside the welding fume layer gives the best result (usually between four and six metres). The main benefit is the relatively small investment for controlling welding fumes in your plant.

High-level control of welding fumes
Push-pull systems are the solution when source extraction and hoods are not an option, such as working areas with crane transportation, plants where large pieces of metal are fabricated (and arms are impractical) or workshops where various welding processes take place at continuously changing locations. The push-pull system has been designed especially for heavy industry.
Control your background concentration
Welding fumes rise due to heat. At a certain level – due to the cooling process - the same temperature level will be reached and a fume layer arises. The push-pull system moves this layer in a controlled way at a particular height (usually between four and six metres) where the air is being filtered and re-circulated. This way the smaller particles cannot cool down and return to working level. Which means: less fine dust on your work floor.
Ductwork, the main aspect
The main aspect of the push-pull system is the ductwork. Ductwork can be installed in all kinds of settings, U-shaped or paralleled. To determine the most effective system for your surroundings, you need to consider all aspects; the welding process, the height at which the welding fume layer develops, overall volume and the general construction of your workshop.

Ultra light, flexible and powerful.
These are only some properties of this small power pack. Two strong turbines provide an excellent extraction efficiency and high static pressing. The minimum weight makes it very flexible and universal for many different applications.
A KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridge provides the filtration of superfine dust below 0.1 µm. Thereby this unit is suitable for the separation of alveole exchangeable dusts. The advantage of surface filtration is that the filter cartridge can be cleaned.
In case of the Dusty, this happens manually in that minute when an essential cleaning will be indicated by the instrument itself. The collected dust can be removed easily from the lower part of the unit.

respective control modules on each door using a very easy adjustable matrix control system. This is done with DIP-switches representing the different doors. The dependences / linksnbetween the doors can also be changed on site at a later stage, not requiring any special programming
know-how. The interlock control terminal is provided with a potentialfree make-break contact. This permits e.g. to pass on the information on each door to a central control system.
