The TB05 mechanical seal range is designed for universal application and the interchangeable parts concept is ideal for stock rationalisation. The design features are single seal, balanced, independent on direction of rotation , Wave spring or Multiple springs. The dimensions are according to DIN 24960 standard . The TB05 series are equivalent to Burgmann type H7N/H75 series pump seals. The seal faces are loosley inserted and can be easily exchanged, the trust ring is retained by the drive lugs preventing the springs falling out.

The loosely inserted seal faces are easily exchanged, permitting all combinations of materials and stock rationalisation.

Mechanical seals of the TB06 series are designed for media containing solids or with high viscosity e.g. sugar, paper, sewage and waste water industry. The spring is not in direct contact with the product. The robust and reliable design avoids sticking and clogging. The design features are single seal, balanced, independent on direction of rotation , spring product protected. The dimensions are according to DIN 24960 standard . The TB06 series are equivalent to Burgmann type HJ92N/HJ977GN series pump seals.

Chesterton’s 186HT Single Bellows High Temperature Cartridge seal is designed to provide greater reliability in the most demanding services.
Chesterton offers the proven, nesting ripple bellows design. In the nesting ripple design, all bellows plates are identical and contoured to permit nesting when compressed. Nesting distributes pressure uniformly accross the span of the bellows. The end result is less stress at the bellows welds.
While the industry standard is nine convolutions bellows spring, Chesterton uses a twelve convolution bellows core.The twelve convolutions achieves maximum bellows plate thickness while it does not compromise the bellows spring rate. Standard pressure tanks, manufactured in accordance with API 682 standards, can be supplied in various applications using circulation pumps and process instruments for controlling seal running parameters.
For heavy duty applications there are complete internal flushing and heating/cooling coils to cater for customer's requirements. Proper nitrogen gas pannels are available for dry-running mechanical seals. |

Controller-One
CONTROLLER-ONE is a seal set of variable geometry, planned and produced to answer the request for a secure product, reliable and corresponding to the regulations concerning the reduction of the fugitive emissions of VOC and HAP. In the middle are three graphite rings with a conical torso configuration of very low density "activated" by two graphite rings with a conical torso configuration at a different angle and at high density. All that is contained by two, GR8807 Incobraid® rings, as wiper and Anti-Extrusion Rings: here is the Controller-One configuration! The innovative conical torso configuration of the graphite rings with different density that allows a great radial expansion already with modest torque loads. It fully utizes the elastic properties, reducing the friction strength exercised by the gasket on the stem during the movement, also decreasing damage sustained by the gasket itself, allowing a reduction of the effort requested by the actuator in the motion act. The great radial expansion capacities of the Controller-One is able to execute with success of the re-torque required to compensate the loss of weight of the gasket caused by the scratching of the stem, and keeping an unchanged seal efficiency troughout a long period of time.
