OR/ME 300 P
Orved impulse sealers, by means of variable sealing bars according to different models, permit to rapidly and hermetically pack sweets, foodstuffs, general goods, stationery articles and other products inside polythene and polypropylene bags.
This model is equipped with cutter on the upper part of the sealing bar in order to automatically cut the bag at the right height.
This model is even equipped with pedal, which allows a more precise sealing, leaving both hands free to place the product to be sealed above the appropriate support, at the desired height.

The SuperBagger Bagger/Sealer is the economical alternative to a vertical form, fill and seal system. It offers a highly cost-effective way to automate hand bagging and sealing and can easily handle all types of free flowing product. Each aspect of the bag filling and sealing process has been designed to eliminate errors, minimize downtime and reduce operator involvement. Bag size changes can be carried out quickly and easily by unskilled personnel. Single versions operate at speeds up to 17 bags/min. Twin configurations operate at speeds up to 50 bags/min and can handle different bag sizes simultaneously. Bosch's Doboy line of medical grade sealers assure consistent and reliable heat sealing of sterile medical products. All Doboy medical sealers are validatable and feature process control for all machine functions; including dwell time, temperature, sealing pressure, high product detection, breakage alarms, and seal quality checking. All machines have calibratable instruments and also feature PLC based data collection and system control.
Medical Grade Sealers are designed for sealing pouches or bags containing sterile or disposable instruments that are subsequently sterilized after being packaged. These products include disposable surgical devices or kits, I. V. bags, medical draping, bandages, and gauze, etc. Sterilization processes include gas, steam, or irradiation. Packaging materials vary from poly (for dust covers for bulk shipment) to Tyvek™/ Mylar™ sterile pouches. Tyvek™ is a special material that allows transmission of gas or steam to pass through the bag and sterilize the contents, but will provide an oxygen barrier.

The Pouchpack is an automatic pouch handling system. The 4 station rotary
head utilizes a heavy duty Camco indexer for optimum production and operator
performance. A specific and unique task is accomplished at each station:
(1) pouch setup from magazine (2) label, RFID, or bar code application (3) manual or automatic product filling and (4) sealing with optional date coding, gas flushing, or vacuum sealing.
The result is a complete pouch filling system suitable for a wide variety of packaging applications, including seed, components, and biomedical devices.

Weighing only 11 pounds, the MPS LITE is perfect for the sealing of odd shaped or sized poly bags in a variety of start-up or field applications. The MPS LITE is also suited to warehousing, material handling, military, and any other industry or environment requiring a completely portable sealer.
The MPS LITE utilizes variable temperature and pressure with fixed speed to seal most heat sealable bags. Seals are created using economical etched Teflon coated fiberglass bands to produce clean, quality seals. A standard table-top stand is included with the unit for operator comfort.

It can be activated through closing electromagnets, allowing its use both with polyethylene end aluminium or paper coated sacks.
