Swing is the first packing machine in the world with a modular frame fully made of technopolymer, in Baydur®, a high-tech plastic material produced by the Company Bayer AG, equivalent to sheet metal in terms of thermal and mechanical features, but are able to offer the machine a number of technological “plus points”, first and foremost the extremely high degree of electrical insulation, the hardness of the surface, the chemical inertia, the perfect paintability, easy disposal, and so on. It is not a case that Swing was awarded as the most innovative machine as concerns technology and working safety at the Salon de l'Emballage in Paris in 2006.

The chamber shrink wrapping machine is an all in one shrink wrap solution for presentation quality wrapping. It is the lowest cost method of producing a presentation quality shrink wrap.
The machine uses a single phase, 13 amp supply and since the machine is mounted on lockable castors it is easily moved about. Speed of operation is around 300 products per hour and requires an operator to be present at all times to load and un-load the product.

SC 200
Automatic side seal machine for shrink films as well as not shrink films. Medium-high performance level.
The automatic SC side seal machines have been designed to pack all type of products whatever may be the length, with shrink and non shrink films, for productions of up to 85 cycles / min.
Versatile machine with simple regulations, it is quickly adaptable to the different products to be wrapped.
Side sealed packs avoid seals over and under, giving clear products with or without shrinking.
The SC 200 has been specially designed to achieve high productions, even with frequent format changes, including devices that allow for fast and easy changes without the need of tools.

METTLER TOLEDO SAFELINE T Series metal detectors are designed for installation in vertical packaging applications. These detectors are able to detect metal contamination within product ‘in-flight’ typically as it passes from a weigher into a bag maker or packaging machine.
T Series detectors are able to identify all metal contaminants in food products including non-magnetic stainless steel which can be difficult to detect. Systems built with SAFELINE Signature software are operated through a membrane style menu driven key panel providing quick and easy set up routines. Systems built with the SAFELINE Profile electronics package are operated via a full colour, ‘windows style’ touch screen interface which provides access to on- screen metal detection analysis tools.

These metal detectors achieve high sensitivity and stability through use of DSP circuits. An easy-to-use auto-setting function provides the ideal settings for detecting metal contaminants in dry, wet, and aluminum-evaporated film packaged products with high sensitivity and reliability.
Stainless covers, waterproof stainless motor and open-frame construction to prevent accumulation of dust and scraps, coupled with a dust and waterproof design to IP66 compliance as well as conveyor belts that can be sterilized by boiling water assure easy cleaning and compliance with sanitation standards.

Metal Detector
there is extensity of different type and dimensione of metal detector in our offer to choose the most suitable detection application of metal parts according to customer requests and demands.
The most frequently used is a metal detector integrated into a conveyor at packaging lines applied for packed products in food industry ( bags, paper boxes, trays and other wrappers) or separately at filling lines and at dosing systems ( loose and piece goods, different type of paste). MD detectection of the contaminated product is signalized visually/ acousticly or rejected by pusher to a box.

What does it do?
- Unscrambles and feeds flexible packed product coming from a discontinue production process
How does it work?
- Products in bulk are fed manually or automatically into the bulk hopper of the feeder, whereupon they are released on demand towards multiple servo-driven tracking sections. Here the products are first separated, brought into a single line, than, if necessary, turned into one direction (short side leading) and spaced evenly. From here the products can be fed directly into the packaging cell.
