SPECIFICATIONS:
- Opening and closing of the sealing-bars (with a pedal or automatically), sealing-time and conveyor belt moving time controlled by a timer
- Two independent conveyor belts in the sealing area and in the shrinking
- The height of the sealing area is adjustable according to the product size
- An efficient safety system guarantees the operator’s hands security, according to the CE regulations
- The shrink tunnel, integrated in the machine structure, is equipped with a rolling-rods conveyor belt with adjustable speed by means of a direct current variator on the control panel. The tunnel itself has shutters for air regulation in order to obtain the best shrinking even in difficult conditions.

The MP Series is a complete economic shrink system and is available in three levels of automation: MP-1, MP-2 and MP-3.
MP-1
An economic table-top version, the MP-1 consists of a welded schedule 16 sheet steel construction. Standard features on this model include; manual seal bar hold down, variable speed Teflon mesh belt conveyor, thermostatically controlled heat and top and side heat vents.
MP-2
The MP-2 includes a standard heavy-gauge welded steel body and legs. Standard features unique to the MP-2 include; electromagnetic seal jaw hold down, variable speed Teflon mesh belt conveyor, film perforator roller for vent holes, electronic temperature control on shrink tunnel, and top, side and bottom heat vents.
MP-3
This system adds a variable speed L-sealer package discharge conveyor to the MP-2’s standard features.

The Compatta CP2N is a Packaging machine for shrinking film(Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC). Extremely solid and reliable, it has a sealing armactioned automatically. The working cycle is determinated from a Timer and the pneumatic velocity is max 20 strokes per minute. At the end of the sealing, the armascends in repose position and the feeding belt put the product inside the retraction tunnel.
