The RSX26 is a compact, air cooled, table-top resistance seam welder (RSEW), perfect for small scale longitudinal or circular seam welds. When mated with leading manufacturers high frequency or capacitive discharge weld controllers, the RSX26 can perform spot, roll spot, or continuous resistance seam welds.
The rollers are designed with custom profiles, materials, and diameters to meet specific customer requirements. The roller speed and force are fully configurable and are set with each part’s weld schedule using techMatrix WeldWorks™ Software Suite.

This is a workshop welding machine designed to fabricate fittings like bends, wyes (Y), tees and crosses (up to Ø 630 mm) by joining pipe segments, with the help of special clamps. All clamps opening/closing and locking movements are controlled hydraulically.
Composed of:
- a machine body with two hydraulically controlled carriages;
- a control panel on which we find the hydraulic controls (lever for opening and closing the carriages, clamps opening/closing and locking, milling cutter and heating plate movements), the electric and electronic controls (switches for the milling cutter and heating plate, the automatic electronic temperature control device, timer for the heating and welding phases, acoustic and visual indicator);
- a heating plate that slides on recirculating ball slideways;
- a milling cutter that slides on recirculating ball slideways, electrically controlled for levelling the ends of pipes and/or fittings;
- an upper cylinder, to be positioned on the clamps, for welding extra thick pipes and/or whenever it's necessary to use high pressures.

A professional welding machine ideal for medium sized pipes and sewers up to Ø 315 mm. It consists of a machine body with pressure regulating device, a pair of clamps, two lateral supports, an electrically controlled milling cutter for levelling the ends of the pipe and/or fitting with a safety microswitch, an extractable heating plate with automatic electronic device to control the temperature, a sliding support, a tip-up metal frame on wheels that acts as a work bench and protection when transporting the machine.

This is a self-aligning welding machine, suitable for welding drain pipes and ducts for the transport of water and other fluids under high pressure, up to Ø1200 mm.
The DELTA 1200 was designed in accordance to the Italian and international correspondent standards (UNI 10565, ISO 12176-1), and consists of:
- Machine body with a bearing frame on wheels, four clamps and two hydraulic thrust cylinders with non-drip quick couplings;
- Extractable heating plate with separate thermometer for reading the working temperature;
- Extractable electrically controlled milling cutter for levelling the ends of the pipe and/or fitting, with a safety microswitch, overload cutout, and emergency push button;
- Electrohydraulic gearcase with a clamp opening and closing lever, maximum pressure and discharge valves (useful also during the "Dual Pressure" welding), hydraulic hoses with non-drip quick couplings, a clamps fast movement button, a timer (for the heating and welding phases), an electrical panel with a ifferential circuit breaker, and a special connection for the electronic data-logger INSPECTOR;
- Milling cutter/heating plate support with an electrical panel with power outlets for the heating plate, milling cutter and electrohydraulic gearcase, an electronic thermoregulator for the control of the working temperature, a turn on/off push button for the milling cutter, and differential circuit breakers.

Butt Fusion Jointing
Butt fusion technology is the safe, reliable and favorable jointing for a wide dimension range.
GF Piping Systems offers mechanical, hydraulic and CNC-guided fusion machines for on site constructions and the workshop. The fusion areas of the pipes and fittings are heated to fusion temperature and joined by means of mechanical pressure, without using additional materials. A homogeneous joint results.
Socket Fusion Jointing
In this form of fusion jointing, which requires heating tools, the pipe end is inserted into the socket of the fitting; no additional material is used. The pipe end and fitting socket are heated to fusion temperature using a heating bush and a heating spigot, respectively, and are then pushed together.

Electro Fusion Jointing
In the electro fusion process a heating wire permanently mouled into the fitting gets heated by current at a low voltage. The surrounding material around the wire gets melted and expands due to the warming. The melt starts closing the gap between pipe and fitting, leading to a heat transition to the pipe which also gets heated and melts in the welding zone. The pipe material also expands.
The increasing material expansion between pipe and fitting, which is hindered by the cold zones outside the welding zone, leads to a build up a welding pressure between pipe and fitting and a homogeneous welding connection emerges.
