Maxflow combines filtration without filter aids - or, if they are required, with considerably reduced quantities of filter aids - and briquetting in a single unit. The main fields of application for Maxflow are particle filtration, the retrieval of recyclable materials and the purification of aqueous solutions.
Maxflow is available in three variants:
- The plug&play solution is a fast and effective solution to a great number of typical process requirements.
- Adaption of the individual components, for example by adding another filter disc to the unit.
- Implementation of a complete system, which can be custom adjusted to meet both known or as yet unencountered customer requirements.

The FILTERCELTM is a closed in-line filter designed for the filtration of coating colour, diluted starch and pigment slurries as well as high-requirement applications. It combines a high pressure washing ramp and an active cleaning system enabling the automated in-place unclogging of the filtering media and the cleaning of the internal parts.

Mesh size: from 50 to 500 µ

Filtering of raw materials (discharge of slurries from trucks, filtering of pigments after dispersion, etc.)

The filters are based on a simple concept: A cylindrical stainless steel housing contains a filter screen; unfiltered liquids enter the inlet; solids are deposited on the interior surface of the filtration media; and filtered fluid exits at the outlet.

Varian’s Gas Clean Filter System prevents contaminants entering your GC. Contaminants in carrier gas would result in damage to the column, loss of sensitivity, and unnecessary instrument downtime.
The Varian Gas Clean Filter System, which is positioned immediately before your GC, consists of two elements: the connecting unit and a filter. The uniquely designed filter and connecting unit allow for quick replacement of saturated filters while preventing air from entering your system.
Varian Gas Clean Filters are available for three different impurities; oxygen, moisture and hydrocarbons.

The Spring is a self-cleaning drum filter complete with a fixed filtering net, for the elimination of magnetic and amagnetic particles from both neat and soluble coolant liquids.
The Spring Range comprises of 6 models capable of purifying from 20 – 300 l/min of neat oil and from 50 – 90 l/min of emulsions.
The filtration efficiency of the drum can be customised according to the customers requirements.
The self-cleaning filters in the Spring Range can be used together with a wide variety of machine tools such as machining centres, deep hole drilling, transfer, grinding and milling machines, machining with special tools requiring high-pressure coolant. The Spring range is particularly ideal for work that involves the removal of metal fines produced using machine tools, abrasives and washing. Considerable quantities of metal chips are produced in the automated factories of transformation of
metals. The productivity of the factory can be improved in an important way thanks to a continuous system of removal and
of treatment of the chips, because the operator does not waste any more his time to get rid of the chips but it produces.
An economic system of removal of the chips and treatment of cutting fluids requires however
solutions to measure.
The chips are collected and convoyed out of the production zone thanks to especially studied conveyers.
The long chips or in ball are reduced by crushing in a regular flow of short pieces. Wet chips
are dried and cutting fluids are recycled and cleaned. The process must be continuous and asks only one work
minimum handbook.
The effective and economic solution for the treatment of the chips varies according to the company, according to the provision
workshop, volume and characteristics of the chips.
