The cabin is mounted on a silent block to prevent vibrations inside the cabin. Both water tanks are also mounted on a silent block.Radiator in alluminium. Thanks to the patented system the drum turns until the unloading mouth is directly at the front near the driver’s seat. In this way, the material can be unloaded keeping an eye on the casting area while driving. This is particularly useful when unloading on the wrong side. In addition, again for the safety and convenience of the operator, the texture of the concrete can be checked directly from the driver’s seat without having to get out of the cabin. Easy accessibility for maintenance on the engine and the components of the hydraulic circuit. Thanks to the particular design, studied to reduce manoeuvres during loading with the shovel, the Zeta kinematic mechanism makes the self-loading system look like a sort of “wheel-loader” shovel with enormous advantages and time saving. Stetter Light Line
An optimised drum geometry and arrangement of the mixing spirals as well as additional weightreduced
equipment are the reason for an extremely light mixer body. A payload of up to 8 m3 concrete
can be reached in combination with “low-weight” 4-axle vehicles.
The new mixing spirals which a patent was applied for enable the application of the higheststrength
wear resistant steels available in the market.
Beside a higher payload, this does also mean a substantially longer lifetime compared to all
