MODEL SERIES - GEARED MOTORISED POTENTIOMETERS
DC MOTORS WITH POT ASSEMBLY
Design -
Mech-Tex offer various assemblies in which a potentiometer with different gear ratios can be mounted in series of the gear train. Thus the geared DC motor operation can be convert in to a close loop one. Suitable mounting arrangement to mount the potentiometer on the gearhead is provided. Use of suitable reduction gear ratios can make the potentiometer rotate more or less (as per requirement) number of rotations with respect to the output shaft. Thus the reading provided by the potentiometer can be more accurate.

FAULHABER BX4 Series 2232 - Brushless DC Servomotors
New developed compact- design
Reliable and long-lived
With the introduction of the BX4 series of brushless DC servomotors, FAULHABER once again underscores its position as an innovative market leader in highly integrated miniature drive systems. Using the latest production methods, some specially developed by FAULHABER, the company has come up with a modular design that is limited to just a few components and entirely eliminates the need for adhesive-bonded joints. Despite the compact dimensions, the new four-pole concept of the series ensures a high continuous torque of up to 12 mNm, with a flat gradient of the n/M characteristic curve.
Notable features are the smooth running characteristics and the particularly low noise level. Thanks to its electronic commutation, the brushless servo motor series is characterised by a much longer service life than mechanically commutated drives. Whilst in the basic version the commutation is provided by an external control, the flexible motor concept of the BX4 series also offers versions with integrated speed controller or integrated encoder. The encoder version is available in four different preset resolutions: 32, 64, 128, or 256 quadrature impulses per revolution. It is available with an optional line driver and differential output signal. In addition to mechanical speed adjustment, the new planetary gearheads of the 22F series also allow a temporary torque increase up to 1500 mNm. Designed with one to four stages, the precision gearhead in steel 21 offers finely graduated reduction ratios, and the diameters can be combined in conformity with the BX4 drives.

The RDxx is a complete positioning unit which integrates a DC gear-motor, a drive, an encoder and a controller. Profibus, CANopen and RS485 interface are available.
The Rotadrive is capable to move axis to target positions by means of ramps and with backlash compensation.
Thanks to its small dimensions (58x125x105 mm) RDxx can be mounted directly on spindle with Ø14mm and fixed by means of the collar and the anti-rotation pin.
Typical applications of this product is on tool-changers, gauges and packaging machinery.

DC-Motors Series 5/6/7
True values last forever! The same applies to DC motors from Siemens. Even if it has been forecast long ago that the end is nigh for them, we shall retain this technology. After all, in daily use the DC motors have for decades proved their worth; it is therefore not necessary to consider an alternative.
Together with the SIMOREG DC-MASTER drive converter units they form the ideal drive set wherever competitive prices and high availability are required.

RS-300 Regenerative Source
The RS-300™ is a regenerative three phase AC/DC converter intended to supply constant DC link voltage to AV-300 series inverters. The unit is also able to supply a DC input to inverters of other brands. The output DC link voltage of RS-300 is kept constant within a specified range even if the inverter operates in regenerative mode and supplies the power back to the DC link. The RS-300 converter is designed for continuous operation in regenerative mode up to the full rated current of rectifier mode. This makes it possible to use a RS-300 fed inverter in applications which require continuous regeneration.
Features and Benefits:
Can feed single inverter and multiple inverter systems
Energy savings for applications which require frequent regeneration
Optional keypad programmer or standard GE Toolbox
Two choices for start-up and tuning
Windows® based GE Toolbox
