Prodigy-PC/104 Motion Control Cards provide DC brushless, brushless DC, microstepping and step motor control. They communicate via a PC/104 bus, CANbus or serial port. PC/104 cards are used in embedded systems for industrial control, automation and robotic applications. The Prodigy-PC/104 Motion Cards are as available in 1, 2, 3, & 4 axis versions, and use the advanced Magellan Motion Control IC. Navigator-PC/104 cards are available in 1, 2, 3 and 4-axis configurations and use PMD's Navigator chipset . All PC/104 cards come equipped with Pro-Motion® software, a WindowsTM GUI, and C-Motion®, an Application Programmer's Interface (API) comprised of a C-source code library for developing applications in DOS or Windows environments.

Power T (6 axis numeric controller)
Ideal to manage pantographs for cutting, small working centres, Cartesian robots and SCARA. It’s available with display 6,5”, 8,4”, 10”, 12” and 15” with or without touch screen. Thanks to 3 CANopen ports, 2 serial ports with Modbus protocol and the possibility to manage up to 40 analog inputs with 12 bit resolution, it’s possible to automate stations for production automatic tests both in “Stand Alone” configuration that can be connected in Ethernet to PC that works as supervisor and data archive.

Box Solution (Numeric controller to connect to PC)
When a frequent use of CAD/CAM programs are required, it’s necessary to equip the machine with a PC. With a box solution, available for all Tex Computer’s products, it’s possible to use PC as interface man/machine committing to the controller all the automation problems in “real time”. Connection to PC can be either through Ethernet or RS232 serial port.

Remote terminal (Transportable numeric controller)
Ideal solution for the user who needs to be near the organs on motion during machine’s tooling. The wide 8.4” touch screen display is managed directly by the graphic board on the controller using a LVDS interface which allows to remote the terminal maximum 10 metres. The terminal has an emergency button with double contact, “dead man” button, a switch with key and flexible multipolar cable for mobile laying. Potentiometer to adjust axis overfeed on request.

Power E (4 axis numeric controller)
Cheap solution “All In One” achieved with a coloured touch screen interface for low budget applications. Available with display 6,5”, 8,4”, 10”, 12” and 15” with or without touch screen. Besides axis it can manage “on board” up to 48 digital I/O and 12/12 bit analog inputs all in a very compact electric board. At the moment, it’s the only Tex Computer’s controller with USB interface integrated.

Microvision Plus (3 axis interpolated controller)
All the power of a numeric controller with ISO programming in a cheap structure based on a RISC 16 bit processor. Monochromatic 5” display can be touch screen which improves navigation making it more user friendly. Drivers can be connected to the controller either through analog +/-10 V. signals or digital PWM or Step / Direction. Besides a considerable number of I/O “on board” many other devices can be added or remoted using the 2 available CANopen serial ports.

The Dytran pressure sensor model 2180C is a high intensity acoustic sensor ideal for measurements involving gas turbine combustor dynamics. It features a top TNC electrical connector, a 1-1/8-12 mounting thread, and a stainless steel diaphragm. The 2180C has a charge sensitivity of 700pC/psi and a range of 10 psi (191dB). This all-welded stainless steel sensor can monitor pulsations, turbulence, a noise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as detect pressure fluctuations in exhaust systems, compressors, turbines, pumps and pipelines.
