QUICKSHAFT® Linear DC-Servomotor series LM 1247
NEW TECHNOLOGY
Up to 9,4 N impact
Boasting a slimline design of 12.5 x 47 mm and a weight of only 56 grams, at full power this drive provides an impact force of 9.4 N. For the standard product the travel is 20 mm; optionally travel up to 80 mm is also available. The Linear DC-Servomotor comprises an electromechanical part, a metal housing made from a non-magnetic alloy, a coil and an analogue Hall sensor. A precision sliding metal rod equipped with a permanent magnet completes the linear motor, and together they make a dynamic, high-performance drive in a modern design.
The activation of these new QUICKSHAFT Linear motors is provided via the optimally matched motion controllers of the MCLM 3003/06 series, which are also available with a CAN interface. The free FAULHABER version 3 "Motion Manager" software provides rapid and easy control of the linear motor. In numerous applications this newly developed drive has proved itself to be the best-in-class solution for highly demanding linear movement and positioning tasks.

Servo Dynamics IB Servomotor provides applications with low inertia to attain the highest acceleration capability – to allow you to position faster. The IB series is used in the world's fastest machines and demanding applications. IB Servomotor provides low inertia and high torque desired for excellent performance response, and is a rugged, durable design, they have heavy duty continuous operation for dependability and assurance that it will always perform, and high acceleration capability to move faster, and high torque to inertia ratio enables the machine to produce more parts per hour. And winding potted for high voltage protection and for improved reliability and improved heat transfer.
The IB brushless servomotors provide a very responsive acceleration in a rugged, durable design with high energy Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnetics. This series provides continuous stall torque capability ranging from 3.9 Lb-In (0.45 N-m) to 117 Lb-In (13.3 N-m). Peak torque capability is nominally 4 times continuous. This series has the lowest inertia to provide the maximum torque per package size.

All of Teknic's motors are brushless AC servo motors with integrated encoders. Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnetic material is used to attain high power density while maintaining a low cost per watt. These high power density motors help increase throughput even when available space for the motor is constrained. The magnetic design of the motors includes skewed stators and/or rotors for minimum cogging torque and low torque ripple.
Since the motors are brushless, the only parts in mechanical contact are the shaft bearings. The bearings are oversized, single row, deep groove radial bearings with non-contact lubrication seals. The large ball bearings have diameter variations of less than 15 millionths of an inch, and the steel used is vacuum-degassed and heat-treated for maximum endurance. Thus, these motors are exceptionally reliable.
Teknic offers brushless servo motors in two lines: Instrument grade and Industrial grade. Instrument grade motors are value-engineered, high-torque motors intended for typical lab environments or where the motors will be reasonably protected from harsh environments. Industrial-grade models are robust, sealed motors perfect for harsh environments.

Brushless DC Servomotors has very low cogging torque to meet the industrial requirement. They are designed with NdFeB magnets. They can have high power and torque density, and small size structure. Without the mechanical communication, motor speed can be over 10,000RPM. Wide speed range, low rotor inertia, low EMI, no brush maintenance, no brush dust are Brushless DC Servomotor benefits. It is the best selection to improve your products.
1. Internal Permanent Magnet (IPM) rotor design to avoid the surface mount magnets disadvantaged.
2. Patented rotor structure to have super low cogging torque performance for IPM servomotor.
3. No skewed slot on stator and rotor, it can increase reliabilities and reduce product costs.
4. Energy efficiency motor adopts the high magnetic energy permanent magnet NdFeB to have high power and torque density, and small size structure.
5. Electrical commutation can perform low noise, low EMI and no brush maintenance.
6. Lower rotor inertia and good heat dissipation, windings of Brushless DC servomotors are in the stator. In a brush-type motor, the winding is in the rotor.
7. Power and torque density are much higher than the conventional motors.
8. Without mechanical commutation, motor speed can be over 10,000 rpm.
9. The innovating structure has an excellent feature in energy saving during heavy-load operation, and high torque at low speed driving. The high efficiency range is much wider than conventional motors.
10. Standard Servo motors are built with NTC thermistor for motor temperature feedback.

The IG series DC brushless three-phase servomotor delivers high continuous torque in a cost reduced package.
The increased torque is the result of eight magnetic poles on the rotor compared to the traditional four magnetic poles. This design uses neodymium magnets for maximum performance. The IG series has an open-lamination design reducing cost. This series come with NEMA standard flanges size 17, 23, 34, and 42 with continuous torque rating from 25 to 820 oz-in (0.18 to 5.80 Nm).
An optical encoder having A, B and C encoder tracks and uvw commutation tracks comes standard with the servomotor. Encoder resolutions available are 500, 1000, 2000, 2048, 4096, and 8192 ppr (pulse per revolution).
The servomotor is designed with a 40 in (101.6 cm) shielded/grounded power and encoder cable extending from the rear of the servomotor for fitting into those tight locations.
Both IP 40 and IP 65 are available for the environmental rating. All models are available with gear heads.
The motors are available with and without a build-in holding brake. The motor length and specifications would vary if a servomotor with a brake is chosen.
