Servo motors
Responsive - compact - reliable
Lenze servo motors meet the highest quality requirements within the context of drive technology and feature a modular and application-oriented design. Forming an integral part of a drive axis, they are easy to install and enjoy a long, maintenance-free service life. The motors are universally compatible with the Lenze gearbox ranges. |
|
Meeting stringent requirements in terms of response, precision and excellent power-to-size ratio.
The motor sizes have been carefully graded and offer rated torques from 0.8 to 64 Nm (0.25 to 10.0 kW) and peak torques of up to 191 Nm. As a result, finding the optimum motor for any drive task is easy. |

BGK-Economy-Servo motors with
integrated digital AC-servo regulator DIS 48/15
The low-cost system makes the use for modern drive technology possible at small prices even in ranges, where we thought until now, that a use of servo systems is from cost reasons not conceivable.
The decentralized structure of the system makes the installation very easy.
- no complex wirings
- no expensive motor leads
- conceivablly simple Plug & Play.

The FHA-C series digital AC hollow-shaft servo actuator manufacturers, combining precision Harmonic Drive gearing with highly dynamic AC servo motors, offer unique features unsurpassed by conventionally geared drives. Used in highly demanding industrial servo systems they provide precision motion control and high torque capacity in a very compact package. A HIPERFACE® or Siemens compatible industrial encoder with sinusoidal output signals provides feedback information for the FHA Series Actuator with Sine/Cosine Encoder. The actuator is compatible with a wide variety of currently available digital servo drives for Sin/Cos motor feedback systems, e.g. Simodrive 611D/611U, SIMOVERT-MASTERDRIVES or NUM MDLU. Matching SC-610 digital servo control units, which can be used for current, speed or position control are also available.
Advantages:
- Backlash-free precision gear
- Hollow shaft from 18 mm to 45 mm
- Transmission accuracy < 60 arcsec
- Repeatability < ± 6 arcsec
- Sine-commutated AC hollow-shaft motor
- Motor winding for 320 VDC / 600 VDC
- Winding temperature monitoring via temperature sensor supplier
- High capacity and high stiffness cross roller bearing manufacturers
- Sine/cosine-encoder for use with SIMODRIVE 611D/U and SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVES MC
- HIPERFACE®- encoder for operation with Harmonic Drive® servo controller SC-610 or a variety of further servo controllers (NUM, CT, Danaher Motion, Elau, etc.)
- Good controllability even at low speed
- Compared with the previous FHA-B the new FHA-C series has the following additional features:
- higher maximum torque
- more compact design
- higher torsional stiffness
- higher maximum speed |

Black Panther Servo
A new Milestone in the History of Servo-Motors
The family of supplier of brushless AC-Servomotors manufactured by Groschopp AG are now complemented by the new King-class of High-End-Servomotors.
By applying the most modern analytical and numerical calculation- and simulation systems, a new generation of High-End-Servomotors was developed:
The Servomotor Black Panther
In combination with a new production technology, a 2- to 3-times higher power density was achieved compared with common High-End-Servomotors through a revolutionary new development of active core elements (stator, rotor, magnets).
The development of a special magnetic rotor made it possible to align the magnet segments without additional bundling. Furthermore, by choosing an optimal ratio between the number of slots and the number of poles, a new winding technique (concentrated winding) was implemented. All of the above not only led to a marked increase in motor performance, but also enabled a very process-safe, cost-saving and fully automated production.
