The DEF Series Chamfering Machines (Long Lengths Type)
With the SOCO DEF series for long lengths, it is possible to simultaneously chamfer both ends of a tube, with up to 7500 mm in working length.
With an optional BTM (Bundle Magazine), the machines may offer a completely automatic loading, feeding and chamfering process. This range is suitable for cleanly and evenly chamfering both ends of the tube, as well as chamfering the inside, outside and face of the material.

The Pullmax bevelling machine functions basically the same way as roller shears, utilizing only one cutter. The shearing action actually feeds the work piece automatically through the machine. The method can be used for X, V, Y and K-form joints.
The degree of bevel angle is infinitely variable from 25° up to 55°. Motorized and adjusted by push-button control, a high degree of accuracy is achieved and is easily read on a graduated dial. The capacity of the machine covers up to 50 mm thick plate and 25 mm width of bevel in normal steel plate rated at 390 N/mm² tensile strength. The speed of bevelling is between 1,5 and 3,1 m/min., depending on the width and degree of angle for the bevel being produced. Since the bevel is achieved without heat, the cut surface is clean and unaffected by thermal stress. This makes the X97 suitable for certain grades of stainless steel as well as aluminum.

Simasv beveling machines are heavy-duty, not too bulky, suit to bevel mild or stainless steel sheet. They allow to bevel different angles by adjusting the cutter unit.

SML Linear Chamfering
A totally new concept for the chamfering/deburring of gears:
-Chamfering tool with linear movement, pneumatically operated
-Deburring by means of rotating carbide disks, pneumatically operated
-Ring conveyor with pallets, integrated
Linear chamfering-deburring unit for gears, placed astride the ring conveyor with pallets. Equipped with devices for a workpiece / chamfering tool safe meshing and for the linear movement of the chamfering tool, pneumatically operated.
Dry machining allowed. Workpiece cleaning from chips by air flush; chips tank included upon request, coolant equipment available (tank, pump, piping & magnetic clarifier) for tool life improvement.

Machine frame in welded construction, in one only piece, answers with safety and without vibrations to the most difficult conditions of work.
The overdimensioned spindle supported over ball-bearings, being one swinging and mounted in a side door for the easy replacement of saws, is driven by V-belts.
The feed is assured by five rollers of great diameter all motorized and supported over stanch bearing. The feed variation is continuous and assured by the hydraulic system.
The adjustment in width of the saws and the adjustment in height of upper rollers to fit the exigencies of each operation is easily and quickly done through a handle placed near the operator. These movements are also achieved by the hydraulic system of the machine.
The machine is supplied with an idle rollers infeed table of 2m as well as 2 lasers.

The Mini Chamfer tools are -

SNAP is a single bladed tool for deburring and chamfering the front and back of a through hole in one operation.
SIMPLE - the easy to use tool requires no tools and no adjustments. Changing the blade is as easy as pushing out the old and putting in a new blade.
FAST - the patented cutting geometry was developed for excellent finish at faster cutting conditions and eliminating secondary burrs. The 'GS' and 'DF' geometries allow for general or precision chamfering with the swap of an insert.
ECONOMICAL - users have reported tool life over 40K holes in aluminum, 30K holes in cast iron, and 8K holes in steel.
