AUTOMATIC DRILL RE-GRINDING MACHINE
The easy-to-operate RDG-13 can resharpen "R thinning" and "X Split" points with different point
angle (118 to 140 deg) and can resharpen "X" thinning points; with or without a gash.
Features
1. This machine can resharpen R thinning, X thinning with a gash or without a gash from 3mm to 13mm diameter, max 200mm OAL.
2. The special sensors enable the machine to adjust the tool to the proper grinding position, and then grind automatically.
3. Standard accessories include special collets for drill diameters 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm.

Six new ranges of Dormer cutters are made from High Speed Steel-XS1, a powder metallurgy steel with toughness properties better able to withstand the shock load and intermittent cutting associated with milling operations. The new material performs at speeds and feeds normally associated with HSCo cutters. Their bronze finish is able to provide a uniform structure and hardness at the tool surface. This material/this finish applies to C191, C192, C291, C292, C391, C392.
