APV ParaTube (tubular manufacturers of heat exchangers) can be supplied with either straight tubes or corrugated tubes. They all follow a similar construction format with a single tube or number of smaller tubes enclosed within an outer shell. They are available in the four configurations (Double, Triple, Quadruple or Multi-rube) and can be manufactured as a fully-welded design, with removable end caps or with built-in thermal expansion protection of O-rings or packing between the manufacturers of shell and tube bundle.

For more than 60 years, Votator scraped surface supplier of heat exchangers have been replacing slow, inefficient batching operations with more uniform, controllable and repeatable continuous processing. The Votator II incorporates the most popular features of the Thermutator and Votator lines, making it extremely easy to maintain.
The Votator II replaces the Thermutator and medium duty Votator units, and is also available as a vertical unit.

Manufacturers of shell and tube Heat Exchanger
Bowman Shell and Tube Heat exchangers: are intended for heating or cooling process fluids, they are for example suitable for closed circuit cooling of electrical equipment using demineralised water and for cooling water soluble oil solutions in quenching tanks.
The shell side usually contains the process fluid and the tube side water from the town mains or a cooling tower, or an ethylene glycol solution from a chiller unit. In certain circumstances this flow arrangement can be reversed, but please consult us first.

WATER-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS MANUFACTURER WITH TUBE BUNDLE:
They consist of small diameter smooth tubes; this allows the best compromise between high thermic yield and low pressure loss. For a good exchanger practices some oil rates are indicated in the tables. Going down to the lowest rate of flow, indicated in the tables, the low oil speed causes a great loss in yield, whereas a rate of flow which is superior to the maximum indicated, causes great pressure loss and does not considerably increase the thermal yield. The yield diagrams indicate the heat quantity each exchanger can disperse according to the difference between oil and water mean temperatures. |

| Frick Shell and tube Condensers are available with a refrigeration capacity range from 10 tons to over 1000 tons. With the proper material selection, they can be applied to a multiplicity of refrigerants including R-717, R-22, and R-134a. Shell diameters start at 8 and go to 48 inches and larger. Bonnets ranging from single pass to 10 pass provide maximum selection flexibility. Multiple shell arrangements can be utilized to match large refrigeration systems. |
