LANNER® chip crushers are suitable for breaking up steel wool, stainless steel, titanium, aluminium, brass and cast chips that are high in oil content. The broken, free flowing chips achieve around 20% of their original volume depending on the type of material.
Chips from high-alloyed or rough materials are not a problem for our chip crushers. The robust design of the electromechanical motor means you can apply ideal crushing parameters. You have the option of a hydraulic motor for chips with a high percentage of bulk. Added bulk such as rods or turned parts are removed from the crushing area by automatic bulk separators. If bulk like this does end up in the crushing funnel, the motor switches itself off. Then a part of the crushing wall opens. A quick reversal of the knife head sends some of the already crushed chips and the bulk part out through the open hatch. Then the hatch closes and the crusher starts up again.
An SPS controller in the control box manages the disturbance function on a fully automatic basis.

The HAMMEL KompBio is a multi talent. Different machines are united in one:
* primary shredder
* screen
* secondary shredder
The HAMMEL KompBio works in several steps. In the first step the feeding material, for example:
* biomass
* fresh wood
* root stems
* tree stems
* compost
* wet wood
* waste wood
is pre-shredded, afterwards it drops on the integrated disc screen, where organic and mineral parts are separated and discharged. The here generated end product is suitable for composting.
The clean, pre-shredded wood is then carried to the secondary shredding step. Exchangeable screen baskets and the design of the secondary unit guarantee an exact and regular end product with almost 100% constant chip size according to further usage of the crushed material (composting or energy utilization).
The secondary shredder, integrated in the HAMMEL KompBio, produces chips with a size of approx. 40 mm to 100 mm (depending on the size of the screen basket). Alternatively, the HAMMEL KompBio could be used as a windrow turner. For this purpose the screen basket of the secondary shredder is kept open during the shredding process.
In case the material contains metal parts, the HAMMEL KompBio can be optionally equipped with a magnet. By the way, our multi talent does not only shred wood but also a multitude of other materials.

Shredder
Another tool in the chip processing system is a simple shredder. The shredder cuts material that can be metered by auger into flowable chips. This shredder is the most cost effective addition to a chip processing system for chips greater than 4" but less than 10" and for material without large solids that can be conveyed in an auger.

Crushing of large swarf is a prerequisite for automatic swarf processing and cost-efficient transport.

THE FUNCTION:
Long swarf is fed into the crusher hopper by swarf conveyor systems or other means. By an ultrasonic sensor at the crusher hopper the crusher is automatically switched on and off.
The long swarf in the crusher hopper is drawn by the tearing arm. Supported by guiding hooks it is first transported to the coarse crusher and then to the fine crusher. The broken short swarf is discharged by two wiper blades via a chute.
Small sized solid parts usually pass through the crusher without blocking. Larger parts and bar-ends which might block the crusher initiate the blocking control. A reversing sequence is automatically started to discharge the solid parts. If this is not possible after several clockwise and counter-clockwise rotations of the crusher head the crusher stops. The blocking material can then be removed through the inspection hatch. Due to the typically inclined position of the STEIMEL crushers there is hardly any spilling of swarf or coolant.

Automatic sprayers model PLUS
The PLUS model is created to serve die-casting machines from 400 to 2500 ton. Buold with brushless motors (on both horizontal and vertical axis) it is able to move the 2 axis at the same time in order to allow entries, internal movements and exits from the dies at very high speed (up to 1,2 m/s). In order to satisfy the different needs of any foundry we have created several models where the difference is basically the vertical stroke (1000 mm, 1300 mm, 1500 mm, 1750 mm, 1900 mm) and of course the horizontal axis. The spraying head is equipped with 7 nozzles fixed platen + 7 nozzles movable platen for the smallest model up to more than 40 nozzles fixed platen 40 nozzles movable platen for the biggest model. On demand it permits to use a spraying head divided into 3 working bands independently programmable with double solenoid valves (one for mixing and two for blow) for spraying of a first lubricant. The easy programming of times, speeds and positions is guaranteed by a microprocessor Siemens S7 and a control panel equipped with dies memory.

DESCRIPTION
The press BV or MIL is used for splitting, adjusting, maintenance and try-out operations on dies and moulds (thermoplastics, die casting, thermosetting, rubber and blanking) and it is possible to inject special waxes, at low pressure, into the mould.
CONSTRUCTION
The very sturdy structure consists of a welded and normalized steel basement and cast iron base-plate.
The lower plate is idraulically extensible and therefore it makes easier the carrying-out of the mould loading and unloading. Furthermore it makes possible to draw the die or mould lower part out of the press by carrying-out the treatments in effortless work position.
The upper plate slides vertically by hydraulic actuation on the four guide columns and can be overturned by 360° way it is possible to put the upper part of the die or mould upper part in effortless work position. The upper plate clamping in the exact horizontal positioning will be given by four hydraulic actuated locating pegs.

Each button on the control panel is marked with a clear function. The sequence of movements is controlled by PLC-SIEMENS S7 to prevent any mistake of the operator.

Master Bond manufactures an extensive line of chip encapsulation compounds and other specialty electronic encapsulation systems designed to meet the diverse needs of the microelectronics industry. These electronic grade adhesive products are currently employed in applications ranging from glob tops to surface mounting to BGA underfills, potting and heat sinking. Many of our compounds have unique properties such as low thermal expansion coefficients, exceptionally high thermal conductivity, low stress, etc.
Die attach adhesives for chip-on-board assemblies offer outstanding bonding strength for adhering components directly onto printed circuitry. Their dimensional stability is remarkable, even upon prolonged exposure to adverse environmental conditions.
Master Bond has one component epoxy underfill compositions which feature rapid cures of 10-15 minutes at moderately elevated temperatures and offer excellent underfill-to-die passivation.
Epoxy underfills contains low viscosity, highly flowable compounds that produce uniform void-free epoxy layers for enhancing the protection of the active die surfaces and improve stress distribution away from solder interconnects. Master Bond, has formulated no flow fluxing underfill whose use greatly simplifies conventional flip chip assemblies, some of which can be fully cured during standard reflux cycles in-line processing.

DYMAX encapsulants cure in seconds upon exposure to UV and/or visible light to produce tough, flexible encapsulants for bare die, wire bonds, or integrated circuits (IC). The fast cure helps reduce processing and energy costs associated with alternative technologies. The materials are all one part, so no mixing is required and viscosity is consistent. DYMAX encapsulating materials have high ionic purity, resistance to humidity and thermal shock which effectively protect components. These encapsulants contain no sharp, abrasive mineral or glass fillers which may abrade fine wires. Their combination of low Tg and low modulus translates into low stress for bonded wires.
Ultraviolet light curing resins are ideal for glob top and chip-on-board applications. They may also be used on flex circuits (FPC) for encapsulating ICs, coating the circuit or attaching it to glass or PCB. A wide range of viscosities, from thin wicking to non-flowing gel is available.

Supporting materials consisting of polyethylene, vinyl, polyurethane, cellular rubber, metal films and cork can be processed and punched with extraordinary close tolerances.
The production of extraordinarily punched pieces and die-cut shapes is conducted by rotational and elevation punching automation facilities.The punched pieces are available in non-adhesive, one-side and double-side self-adhesive versions and are deliverable in accordance with special demands and types of applicability such as, for example, individually punched pieces, punched pieces automatically aligned on roll with and without protective covering.
If desired, the punched pieces are equipped with a handling tongue or an additional excess length in order to permit improved application.
