The illustration shows a fully automatic packaging line consisting of the following standard SOCO SYSTEM modules: carton erector, 3-axis free arm robot, conveyors, carton sealer, pallet magazine, palletising robot and pallet stretch wrapper.

Off-colour separation system for plastics recycling applications
Spektrum colour separation systems remove off-colours from a flow of plastic bulk materials. The material to be inspected is spread out on a conveyor and reaches the glass slide where the pieces are further individualised before continuing into the inspection area of the CCD linear camera. If an off-colour contaminant is detected its exact location is determined. Electronics evaluate this position and ejection nozzles are activated with pinpoint accuracy and at precisely the right time to blow out the contaminant. The ejection nozzles are so precise that the metal particles are removed with very little loss of good material and without any interruption to the material flow.

A complete range of gravimetric blenders
The Piovan MDW Series batch gravimetric blenders are ideally suited for application on injection moulding machines, blow moulding machines and extruders. Slide gates, high precision augers and micro-cell devices ensure that the various components are dosed in the set percentages.
The range consists of six models with capacities from 30 to 1500 kg/h. They can dose, weigh and blend up to six materials.
