Vibrowest low profile circular sieve MSC model has central outlet and is designed for control sieving.
It segregates granular products, powder and liquid into various particle sizes ranging from 51 mm to 0,033 mm (33 microns).
It is assembled with two imbalanced-weight motors on opposite sides of the exterior lower deck. It allow the bottom outlet to be positioned directly below the top inlet, minimizes height requirement and enable material to fall vertically through the screens at high rates.
Standard model range in diameter size from 440 mm to 1.800 mm.

The vibration develop in the horizontal and in the vertical plane and can be settled in both directions.
Vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights positioned on fly wheels assembled on the upper and lower ends of the motion generator shaft.
Upper fly wheel displacement creates the vibration in the horizontal plane, which moves the material from the center to the peripheral perimeter of the screen. Lower fly wheel displacement acts causing the vibration in the vertical as well as tangential plane.
Shifting the counterweights on the fly wheel is rapid and tool free. Allows to modify the vibration and find the best way to sieve a product. It follows an high screening efficiency both with liquid and solid products.

Sweco's PharmASep is a fully contained Vibro-Energy Filter/Dryer suitable for aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry. With a design that eliminates gaps, crevices and hidden areas, the PharmASep proves valuable to those processes handling potent and/or toxic substances where containment is an important issue.
The PharmASep allows batch processing of up to 15kg of solids as well as continuous processing in pilot plants and full production environments. For both wet and dry processes, the sealed pressure vessel delivers high yield product recovery while containing potent pharmaceuticals for safer handling. Unique Vibro-DryTM Technology, developed by Sweco, allows vacuum drying to occur within the PharmASep while the product is gently tumbled on the screen surface, accelerating the drying process and reducing formation of agglomerates.

The CSM classifier mill combines a mechanical impact mill with an integrated dynamic air classifier.
The grinding is performed between a peripheral grinding track and the rotating beater gear. Due to the integrated classifier wheel, grain sizes free of coarse particles can be achieved without the disadvantages of an external grinding and classifying circulation system. Internal classification of the coarse material results in a more stable and energy efficient process than a mill with an external classification circuit.
Through this highly developed classifier technology with its horizontal classifier wheel, a rotationally symmetrical classification is achieved that ensures that very high finenesses with precise maximum particle size distributions can be obtained (free of coarse particles). In addition, the classifier wheel is more evenly loaded than in machines with vertical shaft classifier wheels.

The Atritor DCM Mill is one of the most universal milling systems available with independently driven grinding and classifying sections.
It has a wide range of applications producing materials in some instances to less than 15 microns.
Feed material is metered into the mill pneumatically and first passes into the classifier zone where any fraction of the feed that is already inside specification is removed as product, thus avoiding any over-grinding. Oversize is recycled internally to the grinding zone and is returned to the classifier after further size reduction. This process produces a steep size distribution curve.
Adjustment of the classifier speed controls the size of the product leaving the mill. The product is conveyed pneumatically to a collecting cyclone and/or bag filter. With the application of heat to the inlet air flow, simultaneous drying can be undertaken.

The Portable Reclaim Sifter is designed to fit over a 55 gal. drum or large Rubbermaid-style plastic container. The new equipment R-SIM, developed by REGULATOR-CETRISA, can detect any metal and separate it from the rest of the non-metallic materials.
The result: having a good separated fraction of metals or rather material that is free of metals.
The operating principle of the Metal Separator by Inductive Detection and Blowing (R-SIM) is based on having a combination of highly efficient sensors available that cover the entire width of the equipment. A metal on the detector produces a signal that is processed at high speed due to an electronic advancement (CPU). It then acts on a complex pneumatic system that carries out the physical separation. A studied distribution of the detectors, the high capacity of processing information and a precise system of pneumatic valves allow the metal to be “blown”, changing its path and separating it from the natural path and the rest of the materials.
The Metal Separator by Inductive Detection and Blowing (R-SIM) has an acceleration belt that can handle large volumes of processed material. Likewise, a PC with a touch screen can modify and adjust the different parameters in order to obtain the optimum separation.
The R-SIM is equipped with a filtering system of air and pneumatic control that ensures the air quality and pressure that are necessary for the equipment to run correctly.

RAPID 5000 hygenic design - Metal separator for free-fall applications
RAPID 5000 metal separation systems remove magnetic and non-magnetic metal impurities (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc) from free-falling bulk materials by means of a reject flap ("Quick Flap System") without any interruption to the production process. This has proved to be a highly effective method of removal especially for powders and fine-grained bulk materials.

Single-face metal detector for installation on coveyor belts and material chutes.
The single-face metal detector ELCON is used to inspect poured or bulk materials, preferably of a thin nature, on belt conveyers or material chutes.

GLS closed aperture, tunnel metal detectors are equipped with digital technology and used for inspecting bulk materials or individually packaged product on belt conveyors, material slides or vibratory conveyors.

The RMS metal detector range is mainly used in industries where hygiene standards are less important. They are used to inspect products which have little or no product effect.
The size of the metal detector depends on the application and nominal width of the pipeline.
