The demands made of particle size analysis are constantly increasing. This is also reflected in the greater requirements made in the new standard ISO 3310. In order to adapt our test sieves to these new requirements, RETSCH has developed a completely new manufacturing process that guarantees a previously unattained quality and consistency in sieve production (200 x 50 mm, 200 x 25 mm, 203 x 50 mm (8"x 2")). In addition, a logistic manufacturing system makes it possible to record each and every material used in the process.

With the sieve shaker AS 450 RETSCH have designed their first siever for 400 mm and 450 mm sieves which operates with a three-dimensional sieving motion. It can be used for dry and wet sieving. The optimized electromagnetic drive allows for an amplitude up to 2.2 mm which renders the separation process much more effective than with other sieve shakers of this type.

The Seraphin skid prover system is made up of a precision volumetric stainless steel Prover connected to a pump-off system and mounted on skid. The prover drain valve is plumbed to piping that can be routed via butterfly valves to a gravity drain or to the pump. A manual hose reel, with hose and nozzle, is connected to the pump. The hose is used to route the petroleum to an above ground storage tank or up into a tank truck.

A&D's pipette accuracy testers provide a simple, precise, and cost-effective means for managing the accuracies of your pipettes by yourself.
The testing procedure is based the gravimetric method, which is the most commonly used test for the accuracy of variable-volume pipettes and is recommended by the ISO8655. In the gravimetric method, pipette volume is determined based on the mass value of the distilled water dispensed from the pipette. The high precision, accuracy, and speed of A&D's balances therefore ensure as effective testing as possible.
A&D’s pipette accuracy testers are equipped with various devices to facilitate your testing. Firstly, the evaporation trap, which prevents the evaporation of the dispensed water by maintaining high humidity inside, can minimize errors due to loss of evaporation. Secondly, the entire pipette accuracy tester set can be packed in a portable carrying case. This makes it easy to perform tests on-site, instead of collecting all the pipettes at one site for testing. Finally, the WinCT-Pipette software automatically converts mass values into volumetric values using the liquid temperature and barometric pressure previously entered. It is also possible to print an A4 or letter-size report including test conditions, data, judgment results, etc.
Three models are available depending on what volumetric range is to be measured. With A&D’s pipette accuracy tester, you can now easily and correctly screen out pipettes that need adjusting or repairing, eliminating the unnecessary costs of having all your pipettes inspected regularly by an outside contractor.

Laboratory Measures Series C: Bottom Drain Slicker Plate Measures
These small drain bottom measures are designed specifically for accurate testing of small meters and testing the accuracy of other measures in a metrology laboratory. Specifications and outstanding features include a neck that is machined perpendicular to axis so that excess liquid can be sheared off by sliding a slicker plate across the top of the neck; a stainless steel quick closing butterfly drain valve and an overflow trough.
High Accuracy Neck Series M: Bottom Drain Graduated Neck Measures
These small drain bottom measures are The "High Accuracy" type neck has at least 1.5% of the prover volume and a smaller diameter to achieve greater neck volume resolution. This Series M Prover has all the outstanding features of the Series J. Due to the greater resolution it is a favorite of laboratory meterologists. Seraphin® Series M provers come standard with a three piece S/S ball valve. Our Series M & C provers are sent to a NVLAP facility for calibration to assure NIST traceability with uncertainty values. Other types of calibration are available.

IEDScout is a universal client to IEC 61850 servers - such as substation IEDs - and a publisher/subscriber for GOOSE messages. It provides numerous useful functions needed in the substation or the laboratory.
As an IEC 61850 client it supports many functions, from generic reading/writing of data attributes to using the self description of the IED and producing SCL files from it. It detects GOOSE messages on the network and monitors them. The IEDScout also simulates GOOSE messages. With IEDScout, the protection engineer has new options to enhance the depth and quality of testing.

TEST/DISCONNECT TERMINALS( WGO 3)
Test/Terminal blocks are used to perform required test without switching off the power in the system.These products are installed at the secondry side of current transformers,and thus, electrical ratings can be observed by testing equipment connected to the product.In addition, it is possible to perform all required test without disconnecting the ammeter.In order to change a defected ammeter, secondary side of the transformer is short-circuited, and afterwards,the ammeter is disconnected securly.In the new generation test/disconnect terminal blocks named WGO 3 the connection surface area of the sliding bridge has been increased by 10 times.Thanks to sliding bridge and insulated test socket, the component is safe and functional, and short circuiting is easy.Another advantage of these new products is that the sliding bridge remains concrete due to bridge holder pins.Comb connectors can also be used with WGO 3.

Conventional AC test transformers are especially designed for testing objects of medium capacitance. These systems are particularly suited for tests requiring stable voltage even if the load changes under voltage (corona, wet & pollution tests) or when the load is inductive (inductive voltage transformers).
The possibility of stacking several of these transformer modules allows reaching very high voltage levels by keeping reasonable floor space.

The V-Lap F6 is standard equipped with a range of grinding and centre plates for grinding and lapping any type and size of ‘flat’ seat up to 6” / DN150 mm. The centre plate keeps the grinding plate in position, but also gives an eccentric rotation ensuring constant and complete coverage and absolute flatness.
Abrasives
The V-Lap F6 is completed with a large consumer quantity of polyester based, self-adhesive Aluminum Oxide round foil tips in grains rough, middle and fine. The foil tips can be used dry and on all common seat materials.
Drive machine
The V-Lap F6 is standard equipped with a battery drive machine and is delivered with 2 battery’s. The low weight and good balance of the machine increases the grinding performance and makes it easier to attain high quality flat ‘results’.
The complete set is packed in a robust, but light weight carrying case.
