SERIES 1000 Oscillator/Demodulator
The Series 1000 Oscillator/Demodulators are designed and built to provide DC-in/DC-out operation for AC LVDTs. For additional stability of the output signal, these units are internally regulated. Two versions are available for AC transducers that are optimized for either 3 or 7 kHz performance. VDC or 4-20 mA output versions also available.
SERIES P010 PC Board Oscillator/Demodulator
The Series P010 OEM PC Board Oscillator/Demodulators are designed and built to provide economical DC-in/DC-out operation for AC LVDTs. For additional stability of the output signal, these units are internally regulated. Two versions are available for AC transducers that are optimized for either 3 or 7 kHz performance. The small size of this board makes it ideal for applications where space is limited. End-users will also enjoy a significant cost savings over our Series 1000 O/Ds.

There is an increasing tendency to investigate the behaviour of large constructions under varying load conditions. Examples are: bridges, wind turbines, tower cranes, etc. Usually it is quite inconvenient to apply half- or full straingauge bridges onto such constructions, for which reason mostly single (1/4 bridge) gauges are utilized. This, however, usually implies cumbersome wiring to the inputs of the (remote) measuring amplifiers.
StrainBUSter has been developed to solve these problems by placing the measuring circuit in the direct vicinity of each point of measurement. Here all signal conditioning is done, after which all measured values are being transmitted via a CAN bus to one convenient central place, thus building one decentralized system. In this way, up to 120 measured values can be transmitted very reliably over longer distances.
Each StrainBUSter module has 2 separate input channels. The single straingauge, or the Pt100 sensor, is connected through a 3-wire connection, eliminating cable losses at the input side.

The 6mm-wide WAGO isolation amplifiers and transducers share a common profile and can be easily commoned rather than requiring complex discrete wiring. The plug-in relays can easily be changed from above the unit.
The 857 Series includes preset and configurable isolation amplifiers, passive isolators, repeater power supplies (also for HART applications), signal splitters and temperature transducers for both PT 100 sensors and thermocouples.
Meeting some of the highest quality requirements: The extended temperature range of –25°C to +70°C permits a wide range of application areas. All devices provide safe isolation of input, output and supply circuits with 2.5kV test voltage to EN 61140. Signal transmission accuracy for measured data is less than 0.1%.

Gas density controllers
These operate mechanically. The density of the sample gas is compared via a bellows system with the gas density in a reference gas chamber. If the density of the sample gas alters, the bellows system actuates one or more micro switches. Gas density controllers function independent of any power supply.
Trafag gas density controllers are employed internationally in gas-insulated, high-voltage switchgear in power distribution networks. Their performance record is worldwide is unique. Even at climate-related temperature fluctuations of over 135°C, they provide precise measurement results and function reliably and maintenance-free. They are therefore to be found all around the world, in the ice-cold polar regions or under the blazing desert sun.
Gas density sensors
function electronically. The consistent resonant frequency of a quartz oscillator under vacuum is compared with the resonant frequency of an identical quartz situated in the sample gas. The difference in the resonant frequency is proportional to the density of the sample gas. This difference is processed into a digital or analogue output signal.

MICRO TC
It%u2019s a rotary contactless transducer for transmission of signal temperature from a rotating element to a stationary part.
The output signal may be 0-20ma, 4-20ma. ( 0-5VCC)
Max RPM. 5000.
Important in this transducer is the security between the input signal
(thermoelement) and output analogic signal. The transmission from rotating part and stationary is optical. A receiver circuit reconverts the digital signals in analogic output.
The galvanic insulation avoids eventual damages at equipments connected in stationary side, in cases of short circuit from thermoelement and electric resistors.
The following versions are available:
micro tcj for thermocouple j type
micro tck for thermocouple k type
micro tctr for thermocouple pt100
