APPLICATIONS
DYNA-PRO is a one-part moisture curing silicone sealant acetic system suitable for use across a board range of applications.
It offers excellent adhesion to a variety of non-porous substrates such as glass, aluminum, glazed ceramic tiles and metal.
Sealant in kitchens, bathrooms, cars, caravans.
DYNA-PRO Acetoxy Silicone Sealant combines excellent resistance to aging, shrinkage, cracking and discoloring. It does not contain solvent.
Colors Avaialable: Clear, Black Matt, Black Glossy, White, Bronze, Beige, Aluminum, Cherry, Euro 2005.
Custom colors are available upon request

| Depending upon type FIXED O FLEX is applicable as sealing material in mechanically particularly strongly burdening joints, e.g. industrial plants, lanes etc. Due to its high chemical resistance FIXED O FLEX is particularly suitable for chemically loaded ranges. |

MAPESIL LM : Single-component, neutral cross-linking, low modulus silicone sealant for movement joints with maximum 25% expansion of the initial size. Flexible sealing of interior and exterior expansion joints in ceramic wall tiling as well as for windows, mirrors, metals, PVC, polycarbonate etc., both intermediate and for sealing to wood, concrete, etc. Highly suitable for flexible sealing of external façades particularly those covered with limestone sensitive-to-acids. Does not stain. Unsuitable for continuous water immersion. Consumption depending on the size of the joint.
MAPESIL Z : Universal acetic-cross-linking silicone sealant. Mapesil Z is formulated for use as a sealant and for forming perfectly elastic gaskets between various elements used in construction, mechanical engineering, ship-building, automobile manufacturing, and other industries. Mapesil Z is a silicone sealant with acetic cross-linking in a thixotropic paste easily applied horizontally or vertically. Mapesil Z cross-links at ambient temperatures, forming an elastic material. When applied on concrete or wood, first apply Primer FD. Colours: clear, white, gray. Consumption calculated according to the volume of the joint and the density of the sealant (1.00 g/cm3 for clear and 1.24 g/cm3 for coloured compounds). |

Silicone rubber is physiologically inert, thus making it the preferred choice of medical, pharmaceutical and food processing industries. Silicone have comparatively low mechanical properties, tensile strength, elongating and tear strength, however they keep constant even at high temperatures but should not be used with high pressure steam. Its resistance to oil and hydrocarbon products is fairly limited and similar to that of Chloroprene rubbers. Reasonable resistance to to a whole range of general chemical products, but acids, alkalis, esters and kerosene should be avoided. Silicone has excellent resistance to heat (dry air), at +200°C intermittent. It remain flexible at low temperatures of -70°C and it is also resistant to ultra-violet light, Ozone and weathering. Exhibits low inflammability and low smoke toxicity. It has good electrical insulation properties.
