Magnetic drum TM model.
The magnetic drum TM substitutes the drive drum of the conveyor belt, separating ferric metals from any other inert , loose product. When it reaches the end of the belt, the material conveyed falls but the ferric metals are retainded by the drum, falling in a different direction to the purified material. |

With this ergonomic drum truck you can load and unload a heavy drum with ease and move a drum quickly and easily in narrow aisles. The four wheels fully support the drum's weight, so maneuvering is easy. It turns on a dime too.
You can move a drum onto and off pallets, and position a drum for dispensing. When you're done, the drum truck stands upright by itself for space saving storage.

90 Series Verti-Karrier Drum Lifters
Use 90 Series hoist attachments to grab and lift your drum. Then move and place your drum almost anywhere.
Load a drum to and from remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Attach the Verti-Karrier drum grab to your hoist or crane
- Move drum lifter and lower onto the top of drum
- As the drum grab is elevated it grips drum automatically
- When the drum is lowered to the ground, the drum grab carriage drops down and automatically locks in the open position, releasing the load
- The Verti-Karrier drum grab is then ready to lift another drum
The grip will not disconnect until drum is fully down. You only need to operate your hoist to guide drum grab into position. This saves operator time and protects against dangerous climbing.
Capacity: 1,000 Lb. (454 kg). Each 90 Series Verti-Karrier is load tested at the factory at 125% of rated capacity as per American National Standard ASME B30.20 and a load test certificate is enclosed with each unit.
Morse Verti-Karrier Drum Lifter Series are NOT for drums without lids or tops in place. |

Tilt and pour drum
82A Series drum palletizers place or retrieve a drum at the corners of a pallet. You can rotate a drum 360 degrees end-over-end, then tilt drum to pour.
- Lock drum at horizontal to dispense at up to 26" high
- Lock at vertical to prevent spills
Drum Palletizers pour a drum beyond the V-shaped base (shown above). Standard 55-gallon steel drum in horizontal position reaches 18.5" beyond the wheels.
The 82A Series drum palletizers handle a 22.5" diameter 55-gallon steel drum. They accept Diameter Adaptors for various smaller drums.
