Rapidly assembles and disassembles allowing for a considerable reduction in rotation time of jobsite casting.
SlabForm can be manually moved and is entirely in aluminium (the weight of each component is less than 16 kg). The system's modularity (150x75 cm base panel) allows you to create any geometric shape to share time.
SlabForm is suitable for any typology of manufactured product, such as: auto-silos, shopping malls, industrial plants, and in particular in the sector of residential construction. The reduced number of props (1 prop every 3.45 m2) allows the realization of reinforced surfaces that are perfectly useable and can also be utilized for the warehousing of construction materials.
What is more, the simplicity of the components allows the personnel to carry out the phases of assembly and disassembly in total safety.
The SlabProp props aluminum vary in heights from 2.0 to 5.20 m. They can bear up to 74.48 KNs, and when matched with the drop heads allow the recovery of all the layout's panels and beams, holding the slab until the maturation has occurred.
A simple hammer hit frees up and lowers the head's stirrup 6-7 cm allowing for the easy recovery of all the layout's panels and beams. With a second supply of props you can proceed to the subsequent casting phase.

TITAN HV Slab Forming System
The aluminium system slabform
Alu-Deckenschalung TITAN HV
Advantages
* drop-head system
* excellent economics
* simple handling
* safe working
The System
TITAN HV is the well proven slabforming system with aluminium beams, which solves each formwork job fast and economical - without labour and cost intensive adjustments and fillers. TITAN HV can be used without crane handling.
The idea
Unlike traditional beam systems the V shaped main beams and the H shaped secondary beams of the TITAN HV are on the same level. This is enabled by support grooves on the main, secondary and drop heads in which the neighboring
beams are positioned. This means that the inefficient and uneconomical overlap of beams, as with traditional beam systems, does not occur. The HV beams
automatically build up as a rigid interlocking grid, without the need for plywood as bracing. Flexibility in use is not sacrificed with the HV System. The grid of the beams is variable and by placing a main beam into another main beam the
direction of the secondary beams change. Complications like columns, wall corners, make-up pieces, curved walls etc. no longer create problems. The main and secondary beams can be placed in any position.
The drop head system allows stripping just 2 days after the pour. All main and secondaries come free, and can be used for the next section. Practice has shown that the TITAN HV System cuts the total forming operation down by at least 0.1 h/m² (productivity gains of 0.3 m² ( 3.3 sqft ) per man hour).
These labour savings can more than compensate for the cost of hiring
the system.

MevaDec: drop head-beam-panel-method
As with the primary-and-secondary-beam-method the support system consists of primary beams and drop heads. It supports the ready-made panels. The patented drop head permits the early striking of primary beams and panels. This method is especially suited for ground plans with great dimensions.

PERI SKYDECK
The Tested Panelized Slab Formwork System for Slab Thicknesses up to 95 cm
SKYDECK with drophead system
Striking can be carried out after only one day (depending on the slab thickness and strength of concrete). The panels are easier to detach from the concrete, materials handling is accelerated, and the qunatity of materials is reduced.
Less cleaning means shorter shuttering times
This is possible due to the plastic rack, powder coating and the special design. The SKYDECK main beams lie protected under the panels. The panel as well as the main beams have integrated self-draining edges. The edges of the panels are also undercut which keeps cleaning to a minimum.
