The B-90 Series are fully automatic shrink bundling systems with automatic product infeed conveyors feeding either from right or left of machine, micro switch product sensing, automatically operating pneumatic sealing heads, and automatic motorized product discharge conveyors.
Your product is fed onto the adjustable speed product infeed conveyor.
- Single Row Collating / 90 degree product turn: One line of product is pushed through the film at a 90 degree angle.
- Multi-Row Collating with Product Pusher: One line of product is collated one a row at a time and then is pushed through the film at a 90 degree angle.
- Multi-Lane Infeed Collating: One line of product is feed onto the infeed conveyor and then separated into multiple rows before it is pushed through the film at a 90 degree angle

The Wraps UK ES60 manual two reel sleeve wrapping machine is the lowest cost method of producing a shrink wrap for transit purposes. The system consists of the ES60 sleeve wrapper and the M25.40T shrink tunnel. Each machine uses a 13 amp single phase electricity supply making it an extremely mobile wrapping solution.
Shrink wrapping for transit purposes uses Polythene shrink film, the lowest cost shrink wrapping film available. One reel of film is mounted at a high level and the other is mounted at a low level. The two reels are joined by the sealing head, forming a curtain of film through which the product is pushed.

If a manual sleeve wrapper is not fast enough to meet production requirements then the next step up in speed is the semi automatic sleeve sealer. Wraps UK supplies the PAF Easy semi automatic sleeve wrapper combination tunnel range for applications up to 10 products per minute.
With a semi automatic sleeve sealer the product is placed on the infeed by hand. Once the product, or collation of products, is positioned in front of the pneumatic infeed pusher, a button is pressed which starts the wrapping cycle. The product is pushed through the web of film and the sealing head then automatically cuts and seals the piece of film around the product.

General description:
This fardellatrice manifactures bottles (glass or PET), scato them, vasetti, latti some, cases with various modalities.
Semi-automatic version (BEMATIC 28) has a table where the operator can place the products.
With the pressure of two push-buttons, the operator begins the welding cycle; a pneumatic system inside pushes the products of the machine where they come wrapped in film PE.
Tunnel THEMATIC 26 can be connected to this machine for retrarre the film in PE around the products. The tunnel can be equipped with a cooling fan in order to cool the film in PE as soon as it exits from the tunnel.

The Series 90TM High Speed Shrink Wrapper is servo controlled allowing it to run in continuous motion and achieve high speeds for all pack styles- trays, pads, and bundles. The Speed range is from under one (1) cycle per minute to up to eighty (80) cycles per minute. The product size range includes jars, cans, pet bottles and glass bottles.

Automatic packing line AU-9
Automatic packing line consists of open-circuit wind tunnel TF600/400/1000 and automatic packing machine AU-9.
It’s designed for industrial-scale packing in thermo-shrinkable foil of various kinds of single products such as: bottles, jars, cans, metal and wooden materials, detergents, ever-burning fire, cosmetics, etc. as well as preparing bulk containers /cumulative packages/ (after adjustment) for products of different shapes. These are automatic shrink sleeve wrapping and shrink overwrapping machines with integral tunnels. This range of machines with various width dealing jaws can handle two types of wrap.
