This model was designed for tape finished rolls automatic collecting counting & shrinks packaging, such as packing 6 pieces of OPP tape rolls into tube or flat types.
This model can be adapted with tape slitter as complete production line, able to transport finished rolls from core loader via conveyor and pack them on this model automatically.
Heating temperature is adjustable on different requests and suitable for different packing films.
All of mechanical and electrical devices are compliant to the CE regulation, which keeps high safety during the operation and easy maintenance.

The ECOFARD line is a complete range of semiautomatic and automatic sleeve-wrappers equipped with semiautomatic/automatic feeding to make multipacks of different size of various products (bottles, vases, jars, pots, cans, phials, cases etc) and/or to protect boxes integrating and/or replacing the use of carton boxes at end-of-line with great management advantages. Two different versions are available for each model: compact (MB) where the tunnel is connected with the sealing area, and sealer-plus-tunnel (BB) where the sealing area is independent from the tunnel.
The machine works in a very simple way: a pneumatic pusher drives the products from the loading area towards the sealing area. Then a transversal sealing-bar (that has a pneumatic movement and temperature is electronically controlled) cuts and seals the film. At this point the product enters the tunnel for shrinking. Ideal for medium-high outputs.

CMS Series
This bundling system is a continuous motion shrink wrapper designed for higher speed applications. Perfect for products longer than 4". The seal bar module moves with the conveyor so that products continuously move through the system.

TANGO machines produce bulls-eye wraps using both clear and printed film. These single roll, intermittent motion machines can wrap up to 20 bundles per minute and offer an array of infeed options including an inline infeed, an inline flood infeed and a side infeed. The TANGO was designed using a modular concept, and the infeeds can be changed without tools in a matter of minutes. The TANGO comes pre-programmed for the various infeeds and the electrical enclosure communicates with the infeeds via plugs, which allows for quick and easy changing of the infeed modules.

The Tray Loader / Former ''TR Series'' is extremely versatile, easy to operate, and highly reliable. The TR-15 is an intermittent motion shrink packaging equipment collating products into trays at about 15/min. The TR-35 and the TR-50 are continuous packaging equipment running at a speed of 35 per minutes and 50 trays per minutes respectively. Products are stabilized and controlled throughout the process. Adjustments for different tray sizes are made quickly and easily. The durable stainless steel construction provides years of service. The MSK shrink frame technique ensures targeted and metered generation of heat without flames. The optimum shrinking temperature ensures gentle warming of the film which retains its tensile force and fatigue strength. The heating systems developed by MSK are matched to the varying requirements of different industries.
Since the development of the MSK Anti-Collage system, fusing of the shrink film to the product beneath it packed in PE as well as creasing of the film have become things of the past. The B-180 Series are fully automatic, in-line systems with roller/belt infeed conveyors, photo-cell product sensing, automatically operating pneumatic sealing heads, and automatic motorized product discharge conveyors. Note that the length of the infeed and discharge conveyors can vary depending on your maximum product size.
Your product is fed onto the adjustable speed infeed then a photo-electric photo sensor senses it and activates the packaging cycle. Speeds of up to 18 packages per minute are achievable depending on your product.

The LSK and SK series include a wide range of automatic shrinkwrappers without sealing bar, for the packing of various products.
Being designed to offer great flexibility, the LSK and SK series allow to handle many different pack collations and provide outputs from 10 to 330 packs per minute.
Products can be packed in film only, in pad and film, in tray with or without film, in trays stacked and wrapped in film, or by means of the Tlespack system.
Pack formation is carried out in-line through smooth and continuos motions, while the film is wrapped around the product and overlapped at the bottom of it.Packs are eventually conveyed to the shrinking tunnel, where the film is shrunk by a stream of hot air.

The BVM stretch banders use an upper and lower film roll. In conjunction with a film stretching device a tight film sleeve is produced around the product.
The film is stretched by means of rubber wind-back rollers, the degree of stretching being infinitely adjustable. With this system it is possible to stretch wrap product stacks or multipacks of e.g. bottles or cans without shrinking. Alternatively a following shrink tunnel can be used as well.
Function
The products are fed via transport conveyor in line or at right angles. The multipack is either formed in the machine or it arrives already pre-grouped by the customer. The sleeve sealing machine or the stretch bander is using an upper and lower film roll which are welded as a so-called „film curtain". During the transport resp. infeed movement a film sleeve is sealed around the product. In the following shrink tunnel the products are shrunk to a stable multipack which can be safely transported. The shrinking result can be regulated within the heating zones by means of an electronic temperature regulation and adjustable air flaps.

Since 2000, Polypack has seen many innovations and improvements in polypactide shrink film, also called PLA shrink film. Polylactic Acid or PLA is a biodegradable and compostable polymer made from lactic acid. Lactic acid is made from fermenting the sugar dextrose, which is found in many different agricultural crops, but the renewable resource corn is the main source. PLA is a corn based film.
From bottles of water to shrink sleeve labels made of PLA biodegradable and compostable material, this is just the beginning.
