SMC CAM SLIDE
Cam slide belongs to the group of “Linear cam handling system” applied for realizations of automations and motion in different industrial fields, in particular when repetitive, quick and precise movements are required.
These systems transform a rotary constant motion of the cam in a linear motion of the carriage, whose characteristics concerning acceleration, deceleration and speed are determined by cam profile. They can be used in the machine tool field as complementary units to handle the tool changer in order to free the machining area.
Cam slide type SMC are produced in 4 standard sizes : SMC 80, SMC 100, SMC 120, SMC 160; we also produce special slides, according to the customer’s request.

AR/HR Ball Type Linear Guide Series
cpc AR/HR Ball Type Linear Guide Series design incorporate four rows of re-circulation steel balls arranged in the O-type and 45º contact angle with the raceway. The rigidity of track rail under moment and torsion is very much increased by adopted the O-type design.
Although it is same in dimension constrain, devise larger diameter and more amount of steel balls, provide higher load capacities, moments and rigidity owing to its design.

Track roller guidance systems are linear guidance systems that can be compiled according to a modular concept for a wide variety of applications. Due to their lightweight construction, they are highly suitable for use in handling systems. They are particularly characterised by quiet running, high traverse speeds, long displacement distances and the modular concept.
Carriages
Track roller guidance systems comprise one or more aluminium carriages, profiled track rollers and a straight or curved guideway. Carriages are available as hollow section carriages, open carriages, compact carriages and bogie type carriages for curved, oval and circular guidance systems.
Guideways
Guideways consist of an aluminium rail with shafts made from rolling bearing steel rolled into the sides. The guideways are available in many different designs, e.g. guideways with a solid profile, hollow section guideways, flat guideways, guideways with a slot etc. Selection depends on the puropse to which the track roller guidance system will be put.

INA monorail guidance systems are compact linear guidance systems with high rigidity and load carrying capacity, supplied in complete form as standard and based on either rollers or balls. These guidance systems can support loads from all directions – apart from the direction of motion – and moments about all axes. They are available in various accuracy and preload classes and are therefore suitable for applications with high guidance and positioning requirements.
Monorail guidance systems are part of a modular concept, i.e. within one size, guideways can be combined with all carriage types. This means more economical stockholding, simplified fitting and more rapid replacement parts sourcing.
In order to reduce maintenance costs, monorail guidance systems have a lubricant reservoir. All-round sealing of the carriages protects the rolling element systems from contamination even under demanding environmental conditions.

End-Supported Air Slides
New Way® end-supported air slides combine an accurate guide with an air slide ready-fit for installation. This provides engineers with the convenience of integrated guide-and-bearing systems.
These slides have a straightness of motion and dynamic response often an order-of-magnitude better than conventional rolling element bearings. New Way end-supported air slides provide a local straightness (in X and Z) of 250 nanometers (0.25 microns) per 25mm travel (10 micro inches per inch), maximum error (global) 2 microns per 1000mm travel (80 micro inches per yard).

Dovetail Air Slides
New Way® dovetail air slides combine an accurate guide with an air slide ready-fit for installation. This provides the user with the convenience of an integrated guide-and-bearing system.

Where linear locating or non-locating bearings with extremely high load carrying capacity and very smooth running are required for limited stroke lengths, flat cage guidance systems can be used. The guidance systems have extremely high rigidity, high accuracy and low friction and require significantly less space than other linear guidance systems.
Flat cage guidance systems comprise a guideway arrangement separated by flat cages containing needle rollers, cylindrical rollers or balls.

Glides instead of rolling!
DryLin® - linear bearings operate on glide pads unlike the common recirculating ball bearing systems. Tests conducted over the years have shown that the used materials iglidur® J, J 200 and X are the ideal materials for most linear applications due to their positive properties in wear and friction.
DryLin® linear bearing systems are designed for the dry operation. Your applications are therewith protected against soiling by grease or oil. In contrast to recirculating ball bearings, the DryLin® bearings do not depend on the travel length and hence do not pose any conditions on the minimum stroke length.

CURVILINE: ...the rail which goes “straight” to the solution!
ROLLON’s CURVILINE is the cost effective linear solution for applications with linear movement that isn’t always strictly linear. It is a custom solution made according to your application’s needs.
The system is composed of one or more sliders and a zinc-plated rail. The sliders have multiple radial ball bearings mounted to them providing the movement and carrying the load.
Two versions are available: one with a constant radius, and one with a variable radius which can be composed of both straight and curved sections.
Each version has its own specific slider which is designed to uniformly follow the rail without modification to its preload. All sliders have radial ball bearings which are lubricated for life and offer long life due to their hardened raceways.

Compact Rail has all of the characteristic that distinguishes Rollon’s entire product line:
compactnees, smooth movement, and ease of use. The “T + U” and “K + U” rail systems can be mounted on non-machine surfaces and can even compensate for mounting surface parallelism inconsistencies. X RAIL is a simple and cost effective linear bearing for applications where good load capacity and corrosion resistance are most important.
X RAIL is available in two different versions:
