For the compact filling of heavily fluidised products a de-aeration system can be integrated in the auger housing. Thanks to the resulting high compacting rate the auger packer produces robust and easily stackable bags.

The TOPLINE has been especially developed for powdery products, just as flour, starch, baking ingredients, yeast, etc. as well as pet food.
All necessary steps from the filling up to the closing of the open-mouth bags take place in the compact cabinet of the TOPLINE. After the empty bag has been taken out of the bag magazine and opened it is exactly placed at the filling spout. During the filling clamping jaws grab the bag from all sides in a secure and dust-tight way. The filled and compacted bags are closed by either sewing, folding, sealing and/or hot melt activation.

Once the filling process has been initialzed, depending on the chosen type of the big bag filling station, all of the functions are carried out automatically.
The ventilation and densification of the products are decisive during the coarse flow or after the end of the filling process to ensure the optimum filling output and stability of the big bags. The densification can be carried out by an integrated vibrating device or an integrated de-aeration probe. The optimum densification parameters can be set according to the specific product properties.

For product filling the pneumatic packer utilises air. The proven design of the chamber bottom and top fluidisation air supplies that are separately adjustable depending on the flow behaviour of the product provides an optimum product feed rate with a minimum air supply.
Thanks to the continual air suction during the filling, high filling outputs are guaranteed with a minimum internal bag pressure.

JJ Series submersible pumps are designed for installation in wells with guide rails. These pumps are designed specifically for solids handling and incorporate several engineering features that prevent jamming and clogging, the two most common problems in pumping fluids containing solids. These models feature a semi-axial flow impellers that have a large free passage that will handle up to 5.5" diameter spherical solids, depending on pump model. The impeller design has long screw-like vanes for handling long rags and other debris. JJ Series pumps have a cooling jacket and do not require submergence to maintain correct operating temperatures.

circular rotating field. Electrial reversal of the sense of rotation is effected by means of a single-pole changeover switch. The 24/ 12 pole rotor which has a steel shaft polished to a mirror-finish rotates in sintered bronze bearings. Motor can be provided with mounting plate / screw clip for fixing.

UNIDIRECTIONAL SYNCHRONOUS MOTORS - 600 RPM

Design - MT6 is a unidirectional synchronous motor. The direction of the motor is either cw or ccw which is fixed with help of reversing stopper while manufacturing. This non reversing device also guarantees at all times starting in the desired direction with high starting torque. The motor consists of a cylindrical sheet iron stator which form the poles. Mounted on the hardened and
highly polished rotor shaft is a high coercitivity sintered magnet ring around whose circumference 10 poles of alternate polarity are disposed, Special version of motor without the non reversing device is also available. In this case the motor can start in any direction. Motor can be priovided with screw
clip for fixing.
