Gravity Porta-Valve Gravity Filler
Model 4199 Gravity PortaValve is designed to fill valve type bags with high density free flowing products such as steel shot and similar materials.
How it Works:
The valve bag is installed on the fill spout, and rests in the bag chair mechanism. When the clamshell gate opens, product gravity flows into the bag. When the bag has reached the designated weight, the clamshell gate closes, and the bag can be removed.

Efficient and reliable filling of floury, powdery and gritty products, just as starch, flour, baking ingredients, soybean products, proteins, sugar, etc.
For product filling the pneumatic packer utilises air. The proven design of the chamber bottom and top fluidisation air supplies that are separately adjustable depending on the flow behaviour of the product provides an optimum product feed rate with a minimum air supply.
Thanks to the continual air suction during the filling, high filling outputs are guaranteed with a minimum internal bag pressure.

Impeller Valve Bag Filling
Impeller Valve Bag Fillers, offer the best solution; for packing fine powders of mid range to high bulk density product into valve bags. The supply hopper is equipment with 4-blade impeller powdered by horizontal drive shaft which feed the product to the valve bag with the assistance of low pressured air.
The product is filled according to the gross weighing system, which means that the bag are weighed during filling process. Thanks to electronic weighing system and double speed filling (coarse and fine) feature, this machine ensure constant and high accuracy filling rates. Depends on capacityrequest 2-3 spouts linear type models are available.
Pneumatic Valve Bag Fillers
Pneumatic Valve Bag filter, offer the best solution for packaging powder, fine powders, granular and grinded of low & mid range to high range bulk dencity products to valve bags. The supply hopper cut the product inlet when the level sensor gives a signal to pneumatic controted butterfly valve. The continous products flow from the supply hopper is ensured by the top air feeding system and bottom air fluidization system which provides on optional products feed rate with a minimum air supply.
Auger Valve Bag Fillers
Auger Valve Bag Fillers, offer the best solution; for packaging low density, low fluidity, powder and granular product to valve bags.
When a fill cycle is initiated, the product is conveyed by the auger into the bag. The product is filled according to the gross weighing system, which means that the bags are weighed during the filling process.

The line of mPm DIN connectors is designed to reduce the number of components making them easier to assemble and with fewer parts to stock. They provide repeatable, unsurpassed IP67 sealing performance using an external nut over the cable. Traditional Form A and B connectors require three different styles for PG07, PG09 and PG11. However the external nut accepts a wider range of cables from 4mm to 9mm, reducing the number of parts from 3 to 1. SERCO PORTABLE MACHINING UNITS
The SERCO units are positioned and locked by means of a column/arm system clamped on the outer part of the surface to be machined (allowing internal machining). Machine set up is fast and easy. The V-Lap F6 is standard equipped with a range of grinding and centre plates for grinding and lapping any type and size of ‘flat’ seat up to 6” / DN150 mm. The centre plate keeps the grinding plate in position, but also gives an eccentric rotation ensuring constant and complete coverage and absolute flatness.
Abrasives
The V-Lap F6 is completed with a large consumer quantity of polyester based, self-adhesive Aluminum Oxide round foil tips in grains rough, middle and fine. The foil tips can be used dry and on all common seat materials.
Drive machine
The V-Lap F6 is standard equipped with a battery drive machine and is delivered with 2 battery’s. The low weight and good balance of the machine increases the grinding performance and makes it easier to attain high quality flat ‘results’.
The complete set is packed in a robust, but light weight carrying case.
